This has been going on for over 6 months with no accountability and no resolution. At this point, it feels less like a mistake and more like a complete breakdown in customer service and billing practices. Online it says the pharmacy opens at 9am, in the pharmacy window there are 3 signs taped to the window that say 9am and a hand written sign that says 10am.... I will changing pharmacy locations.
