So relaxing and beautiful with bright light and huge windows, you feel like you're nestled in the woods and it's so cozy. Libby herself just has amazing energy and is so easy-going. I've had multiple facials from Libby and a couple of massages and have always felt my best after. My skin used to be a mess and with the products she offers and her facials, she saved my skin. I was reluctant to get a facial again after the last one I had some years ago, I never really recovered from breaking out from! She had me in good hands (literally) and I never broke out, not even once. I told her I needed a new skincare routine for my now 30-something skin, and she hooked it up with everything I needed. The products she uses are very high-quality products from France and there isn't a single one I haven't benefitted from or liked. I recently had a massage from her because my back was acting up (I sit at a computer all day) and I felt infinitely better in the following days. Absolutely be sure to check her out! Not ideal for a wax session, but it really works. As a first time customer I was offered 50% off. My "waxer" could sense that I was a bit tense and offered me a stress ball. Once again, it worked. She would place the wax strip on my body, rip, then press...it really wasn't that bad! She recommended a gel product to prevent ingrown hair, and it worked. The treatment was followed up with a personal phone call the next day to see how I was and if I had questions. Then I received a card in the mail thanking me for using their services and a 10% off of my next waxing. Overall this was an excellent experience for a "newby " to waxing. Ann Marie also checks in, in between appointments to ensure that the routine is going well and see if any adjustments need to be made, which I really appreciate. She is a true professional, and I feel that, for acne sufferers especially, her services are a really great value. As a bonus, her space in Lake Oswego is also super inviting and relaxing. Anne Marie is a magician…read more After my wedding make up trial, I felt so insecure about my skin- the make up really accentuated the texture and dehydration and I knew I needed to take immediate action. I only had a month before the big day, and I wasn't really sure that I could do anything in time to make improvements. I booked an appointment with Anne Marie and was able to squeeze in a couple of appointments with her before the wedding- facials and a vitamin c peel. She also helped me with some new products that I religiously used in the weeks leading up to the big day. All I can say is...WOW. I honestly didn't expect to see noticeable results, but Anne Marie is a lifesaver. My mom and best friends kept asking what I had done to make my skin glow, and my make up artist was SHOCKED at the improvement since the trial. I had gone from major insecurity, to pure confidence. Not only did she do wonders with my skin, but Anne Marie is just all around great- she's fun to talk to, direct and honest about what my skin needed and what it didn't need, and really knowledgable about different skin types and product ingredients. She made a huge difference for my wedding day, but I'm also thrilled that I found someone who will continue to help me make my skin better and better. Thank you, Anne Marie :)

Stay far away from this awful places inexperienced and unsanitary!…read more I came here to try it out for the first time as I moved nearby. What a big mistake it turned out to be. First time in my life it was so bad that I didn't even tip and I have no guilt over it. Person #1 came to remove polish from my dip nails. She was nice. No name badge so you don't know their names. Next this feisty madame running the place comes and says we do your toes. Okay!!! But it's someone else. I can tell she's new and has no clue what to do. I sit and put my foot in the bowl. NOOOO you can't do that? What?? They have to put a shower cap in the bowl. What an experience, having your foot in a plastic garbage bag. I'm nervously watching her as they keep coming and telling her what to do. She asks if I want my nails shorter, she clips them and has no clue how to file. At this point I just wanted to leave. As he's painting my toes with her hand shaking she has no idea how to put the light over my toes. As she shoves it against my toes I can feel all the colors scraping off. She had no clue. She only realized it when she went to switch it to the other foot, quickly filed and tried to fill that section with blobs of color. End product is uneven toes with top coat and color spillage. My toes will have to be redone. While toes are being woke d l the salon madame comes and says we do your nails now! Wtf don't I get to enjoy my pedicure! She starts doing my dip manicure, and she dipped maybe in color 2x. The color looks nothing like the rich color I picked. Start to finish less than 30 minutes. All different shapes and lengths and a color that looks like sh!t. No resemblance to the color I picked out. So I threw away 110 dollars and will have to have them redone elsewhere. To put it in perspective at my normal place this is a 2.5 hour job. Lastly, I didn't see any of the tools be sanitized they take out one file from one machine and put it back in this container. Again stay far away from this place it deserves zero stars.
