This tow service is horrible! They are contracted bye Geico and my RV needed to be towed and Geico called them to pick it up and they never showed. Marrow's went above and beyond good service. My car was towed to a dealership for recall repair on a Friday, repairs to be done the following Monday. I figured it would take time to fix so I waited until Thursday to call and see if they were done yet. Service dept said they don't have my car and looked everywhere for it, that It never got dropped off. Anyway after calling Marlow's he drove over to the dealership to show them where my car was, it was exactly where the driver dropped it off and handed the keys to the service dept. I own a 2016 Ford F250 Super Duty, that is my son's baby. It is jacked up and with all kinds of added toys on it and No one touches his truck. I had a very difficult time persuading him to allow a wrecker to tow his truck, but with a little help from our insurance company he agreed to allow Marlow's Wrecker Service to pick his truck up. I would not use any other company at all. Billy is the worlds best driver, as my son watched his truck being loaded up on the flat bed wrecker he knew his truck was in good hands. My husband and I are from Louisiana and we broke down on i20 in Terrell, Texas. Called our local tow company to help us get in touch with someone where we were. They put us in touch with someone who put us in touch with Marlow's. The guy showed up and helped us get our truck towed to a hotel for the night. The owner of the company had the guy who towed us use his personal dually and flat bed trailer to bring us all the way home to Louisiana. So thankful that they were willing to help our family of 6 get home. Highly recommend them if you're in the area. read more

If I could give this business a zero or negative rating, I would. My son drove into a ditch and needed to be towed. Insurance engaged Marlow to come where we were waiting. Some guy from Marlow's called, demanded that we file an insurance claim, wouldn't confirm that he was coming to tow the car and when I asked him why he was being so rude, he hung up on me. Had to locate another tow service to come get us. Unbelievable behavior. Rude, unreliable and hopefully out of business soon. read more

I broke down on my way home, and needed them to get me to the auto repair shop before they closed. I didn't have a long wait although I was outside of Terrell. After I was picked up, Sam stopped my a rental car place, and waited to see if I could get a rental. My mom called him to tow her car. Well he did that just hooked up to the bumper of her car and pulled it out and now he won't do the right thing and come look at it or take responsibility cause the driver said it didn't happen so in his opinion it didn't. Called to check on vehicle status as it was told by road side assistance that the tow company reported the car driving away. When I explained that the car was still in the abandoned location the guy on the phone put me on hold, came back on the line and said something about getting another truck to tow then hung up. When I called back to see what he stated, he exclaimed that I needsd to stop calling this number or he would press charges for harassment and immediately hung up on me. What kind of business/service is that? All I needed was my car towed as it was assigned and this is the thanks I get. 3 hours later, had to drive back to the location and sit on hold with road side assistance because of this company. read more
