We had gotten a flat on a road trip, and when we typed in the nearest tire shop, Love's came up, but we called and they recommended J&D's and I am so glad they did! I had no option but to pull over to the side of the highway that barely had a shoulder. I had my 2 babies under 2 and my dog. I was so worried about the safety as we were in a horrible spot but I could not do anything. My insurance roadside assistance said it would take 90 mins. I called roadside assistance on the back of my drivers license they also said it could take 60-90 mins. Mikey Towing saw me on the side of the road on his way to get breakfast and out of the goodness of his heart, he stopped to help me and mentioned he had to stop as I was in a very unsafe spot. He waited as I had family come get my kids. He got us towed about 3 miles to Discount Tire. My husband and I asked how we can pay him. He gave us such a great price. He is God sent and got us out of a terrible spot to a safe location. Thank you, thank you, thank you Mikey Towing!!

When you get here, they don't allow you to come inside the gates at all, and don't answer your calls. You WILL need police with you even if you've already paid for your vehicle in full. And if you do show up even after all the fees and balances are paid, they'll illegally charge you $500 (only accepted in cash) additional to give you your vehicle right now as opposed to having to schedule an appointment. We ended up having to call police. And when we picked up the trailer the jack was completely broken off. We're going to reach out to the BBB and contact Texas dept of license and regulations. I highly recommend everyone dealing with these people do the same thing. Save ALL your receipts and get breakdowns of all fees paid. Not to mention, they lie compulsively. And online the wrong address is posted. And they fail to provide their TDLR NUMBER for complaints. Btw, I did report and provide proof to Google maps of their real locationAnd online they use several wrong addresses, look at the address for Yelp, nice local.com, Facebook, etc. I did mention the address thing to Google maps and provided proof to them and had them update it. I have a picture of the correct address posted here. And if you look at opengovus.com you'll see they use several addresses. Look those addresses up on Google maps. They are NOT related to this company, at least not as THEIR place of business. One of them is even a raggedy house, not a business. UPDATE: since getting our trailer back, we took it to the lien holder the very next day for repairs. We were notified that ALL lug nuts were extremely loose and some were missing. Before one recovery had our trailer everything was fine. BEFORE you leave their lot, I VERY HIGHLY recommend you check ALL your lug nuts especially if you had a disagreement with them. Record on video while you check them!!!!!!! RECORD YOURSELF CHECKING ALL YOUR LUG NUTS BEFORE LEAVING THEIR LOT! They took an hour AFTER we paid to return our trailer which was part of why we called police. I now know why they took so long. So please BEFORE you leave their lot, check ALL your lug nuts! These people are shady AF!
