Everything was seasoned perfectly, and everything tasted delicious. It was a bit pricy, but that's to be expected for the quality of the food. This place is truly a hidden gem in a small but mighty town! We came in with a large group, and the staff handled everything flawlessly. The service was friendly and efficient, even with another big party of ten dining at the same time. Everyone looked happy and well taken care of. The food was amazing--you can tell the chef puts real passion into every dish. We ordered all the appetizers (minus the seafood ones for me due to an allergy), and the rest of the group said they were fantastic--fresh, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. I went with the Ribeye, and wow--it was a huge portion, definitely big enough to share! It came with rice and potato wedges that were crispy, seasoned just right, and absolutely delicious. The rice was also cooked perfectly. Several others in our group ordered the Surf & Turf and the Picanha, and everyone raved about how good they were. And then... dessert! Hands down the best desserts I've had in Aberdeen. Do yourself a favor and try the lemon cake--it's incredible. And my daughter's tacos were straight-up not good...pork shoulder was tasteless and the accompanying pico de gallo was so wet the tortillas quickly became really soggy. My wife eats her fries with Mayo, and she had asked for a side of mayo with her sandwich, to which the waitress replied "there's already mayo on the sandwich"...so I had to ask her not only twice, but three times before she would go get it. Same with me, only mine was mustard...had to ask 3 times before she would go get it. (and then she had someone else bring it to the table, and we NEVER saw her again. Fast-forward to end of meal... We were finished and just sitting there waiting for the check, which no-one ever voluntarily brought to our table. So I asked for the check and to speak to the manager, to which I got attitude from one of the servers. Long story short, I spoke to manager to explain to him that it wasn't the food, but the absolutely horrible service we received that I was concerned about, and to explain why there would be no tip left for the wait staff from this visit. He shook my hand, asked me to see the bill, and promptly said "it's taken care of." Will we be back? Probably...like I said the food is always good. (Maybe somebody just had a really bad day).
