Five stars for the great service we received from Mark. He and his team arrived on time, they did exactly what they promised and they did it well. We had a couple of dead trees cut down and carted away but they weren't able to make the roots go. We found Mark here on Yelp, described our requirements and also checked with a couple of other providers. He wasn't the cheapest but he wasn't the most expensive. They did a great job and we are extremely pleased. I only wish that the accepted credit cards instead of a personal check, but it worked out okay regardless. He arrived on time and prepared to complete the work on the spot. He did an excellent job removing about 10 small to medium stumps for us. They took great care to ensure the pine needles were put back in place and protected the yard from wood chips. My wife and I needed 3 separate root systems/stumps removed from our yard and we of course were looking for a good balance of price and quality, (based on the customer service since pictures are not always available). Then we received quotes from companies whose price was great, but after reading their reviews and just simply talking with them on the phone, we didn't feel comfortable with them doing the job. We wanted a company that took pride in their work, had great pricing, and was a pleasure to work with. We were reaching for the stars, we know. Mark hit all 3 notes right away. We got a quote that was incredibly competitive, he communicated exactly what he was planning to do, he took measurements and didn't need us to be home at the same time, which was great, because we work during the day, and he was professional, personable and polite on the phone. Mark did an excellent job removing several stumps without damaging our irrigation system, which was very close in proximity to the stumps he removed. He also removed several large roots that were exposed in the yard. He is very responsive and courteous and his team does a high quality job, with cleanup and fencing while grinding the stumps to contain the wood chips. There is nothing I appreciate more than hardworking and professional companies! I had around 15 small stumps removed in my backyard. Mark was very quick to respond to me every time. He quickly came out to look at my yard to give me a quote and to schedule a time to come out for the stump grinding. He was exceptionally polite and VERY reasonably priced.
