I was in urban planet and saw two very nice sports bras. I waited in line too pay for 10 minutes while 4 people stood around the tills not even acknowledging us. I finally had enough and put the sports bras back as soon as I did they took the next person in line. I turned around and instantly said "are you kidding me". She continued in a rude tone and said she had to swap the till which was fine it was more the fact that no one could take a second and say we will just be a minute. I continued on with my day and walked out as she still kept going on too her coworkers about the situation. You should be ashamed too be in customer service. I will never return too that store.

Waited in Barrie store for 40 minutes without any service. I was told after 10 minutes someone…read morewould be with me shortly so they knew I was there and looking for help. My wife went to get lunch and returned after an additional 30 minutes and no one had seen me yet. They served someone else who came in after me so when they finally asked what I was looking for I replied "the exit". I purchased a new suit, shirt and tie from Dapper Depot in Orillia the next day. I guess this store doesn't need the money?

The gentleman who helped me only showed me about 3 suits (I only ever tried on one), and did not stick to my budget. The suit I was "given" was two sizes too large and therefore needed a lot of tailoring. The pants were not tailored in the way I specified and after almost $700, I am not happy with this suit at all. If you're thinking of going to Moore's, don't. For the money I spent, I could have had a custom suit made by a tailor in a bigger city.
