The flower and THC edibles I bought were great. But, I bought a Palm vape battery. He's what happened. Bought it March 22 Battery failed ~April 1 Contacted store via email to inquire whether they warranty them or do I have to go to manufacturer. In the meantime I go to manufacturer site. Chinese company, so I start wondering whether I will get a response. Store replied and told me they don't sell the that battery. In a reply I send a receipt that shows I did. The reply is "we must have sold those and not stock them anymore." and "we don't warranty them" Wouldn't someone in the store know they were in stock 3 weeks ago and not tell me I was wrong about who sold it to me? Next, they ask me what my question was. In my initial email I asked if I need to go through the manufacturer's warranty directly. I thought it was clearly stated. So, all in all, a simple question I asked about who warranties this turns into "we don't sell them" implying wrong store (which it wasn't) and then basically saying "sorry, work with people in China". It was a piece of junk. A simple "sorry we sold you a crap product, perhaps we can make it up to you" would have closed this issue nicely. I understand perfectly that the warranty is through the manufacturer, but I was given sort of brush off at first, then a pretty meh level of trying to help the customer. Eventually in the last thread - "come into the store and we can work something out" themed email. Took my initial intent from posting 5 stars because the product was great and the person in the store when I purchased was awesome and makes me not return.
