Cant say enough about that part. super knowledgeable, great…read morerecommendations and conversations. great vibes all around in the place! i recommend their pre-rolls and flower to try them out I do however mainly use carts... they have carts on sale for 2/40 and for a reason... The chances of you getting a cart that clogs and getting a mouthful of stuff is great and frankly disappointing considering all the other options on the same road. i've asked them about this and the overall response is user error... if you mainly use carts like me spend a few extra more for a longer lasting one

I was going to write a positive review about a week ago but forgot to. Then today, a post-purchase…read moreexperience with the store really just lost me as a customer. The flower and THC edibles I bought were great. But, I bought a Palm vape battery. He's what happened. Bought it March 22 Battery failed ~April 1 Contacted store via email to inquire whether they warranty them or do I have to go to manufacturer. In the meantime I go to manufacturer site. Chinese company, so I start wondering whether I will get a response. Store replied and told me they don't sell the that battery. In a reply I send a receipt that shows I did. The reply is "we must have sold those and not stock them anymore." and "we don't warranty them" Wouldn't someone in the store know they were in stock 3 weeks ago and not tell me I was wrong about who sold it to me? Next, they ask me what my question was. In my initial email I asked if I need to go through the manufacturer's warranty directly. I thought it was clearly stated. So, all in all, a simple question I asked about who warranties this turns into "we don't sell them" implying wrong store (which it wasn't) and then basically saying "sorry, work with people in China". It was a piece of junk. A simple "sorry we sold you a crap product, perhaps we can make it up to you" would have closed this issue nicely. I understand perfectly that the warranty is through the manufacturer, but I was given sort of brush off at first, then a pretty meh level of trying to help the customer. Eventually in the last thread - "come into the store and we can work something out" themed email. Took my initial intent from posting 5 stars because the product was great and the person in the store when I purchased was awesome and makes me not return.

THE IMPORTANCE OF A BUD TENDER…read more I never knew buying legal grass could be unpleasant until Kevin came along. Ugh YGT WAS my go-to spot: great products, amazing customer service and they are local & woman owned so I loved going there -nowhere else- to purchase my necessities. Until a bud tender started to make my purchase experience an awful one. Twice he rushed me to order, bothered by questions I had about me spending my money. And the last straw was when I was having a conversation with another bud tender that's amazing and he rudely interrupted us to ask something that he could have waited for us to be done.

The customer service here is atrocious. A budtender's job includes being courteous and not having…read morean ego. The young gentleman working at the counter needs some humility and some life experience. Hopefully today he learned that when you go out of your way to mischaracterize what another person says, there are consequences, especially when laced with unearned self-righteous indignation and coupled with a refusal to serve the customer. The interaction came across as dismissive and unnecessarily confrontational. Businesses thrive or fail because of their people. Judging from many of the other reviews here, I am by no means alone in experiencing very poor customer service. I reached out to the owner with my concerns using the name and number provided to me at the store but I never heard back from that person. The person in charge of the company's yelp did reply to me below which I appreciate but there's no reason for further communication, better to lay this to rest. Especially when there are enough options in southern Maine to go elsewhere. Try GREEN TRUCK in Kittery, INDICO or MARCS ORGANIX also in Kittery. Other spots too - up in Ogunquit or down in Eliott. I know for a fact there ARE indeed several nice folks who work at theory wellness- but for me, there's enough other options so I don't have to take the chance. I'd rather go someplace where I feel more comfortable because the staff are more welcoming. At theory, I felt like I walked into someone's bad day and they just happened to be a bud tender. No thanks.
