To make things even worse, they held my jet skis in their yard for so long that the motor ended up no longer working properly afterward. The lack of care, urgency, and professionalism was unbelievable. I trusted them with expensive equipment and felt completely taken advantage of by the end of the experience. If you value your time, money, or property, I would strongly recommend going somewhere else. There are plenty of shops that actually respect their customers and stand behind their work. I had a top end rebuild performed at a different dealership to far away to return for a oil leak, had Eastside pick it up and they had it for just shy of 2 weeks and never figured out the leak so they returned it after stating the bike was cleaned and no leak weird but GREAT. When they picked up from me the bike was spotless except the engine that they requested not be touched in order to help understand/locate the leak. Done. Upon return the entire bike was like they left it in the weather or rode it in the rain and was a mess top to bottom. Cant beleive they would return the bike in that condition and all I got for my repair is a bill and labor of love to reclean. Just a rant.

No amount of handwaving and slick talk will convince me that they need that much time in labor and no parts. The time it would have taken them was 8 days - everywhere else was 2-4 days. I had my car taken apart, cleaned, dried, and detailed and out back together to a very high standard for less time and money. This is just a word or warning - shop around. When they quote you without even looking through an open door, that's when you know they have too much work to give you a fair shake. Sure was a pretty building though!

Every time I come in, his shop is full of older Harleys, the bikes you would not want to trust the dealer with. I get my 2011 bike serviced by coming in February and March when he is not busy with the custom and classic bikes. My bill is always reasonable, with no surprises, and with 70,000 miles on my bike, I would never trust my bike to anyone but Northwest Custom Cycle.

However, I do like the convenience of shopping in store when I need something right away. I will say the parking lot of the Bellevue store always makes me jittery when going there because the spaces are tight or awkwardly designed. Not to mention the amount of cars circling the parking lot makes me concerned about fender benders, which leads me to avoid it if I can.

After my first ride, the charge went out quickly approx 3:30minutes in lowest mode vs expected 30 hrs claim when they did in their sales pitch. Since the return was two days old I went with original packing and receipt. The guy at the store was completely rude and argued he needs to test in case he is satisfied that lights are faulty he will speak with the dealer for replacement. ( Takes 5 - 10 days ) . He was not ready for exchange or store credit. when I pulled the return policy they mentioned it is not applicable. Prices are high (actual cost for the light combo in REI and AMAZON is 60$ whereas I spent 83$ ) with no support. Please don't waste your time and energy.
