I reserved a unit, and upon arrival and opening the unit I was greeted with BLACK WIDOW SPIDERS. I called and they said I could get another unit. However I decided because there were so many that I know they would be in the other units as well. There were dead and alive spiders. They said they would refund me as part of my payment, but not the $25 because that was "non refundable". I told them under other circumstances I would understand, however this was THEIR fault, not mine, and I was not subjecting mine and my families safety by welcoming in pests that could quite literally kill us. I was placed on a very long hold, and then told they would just call me back. I received a text message saying they would not refund the $25, and that they checked the unit after me and couldn't find a single spider or anything wrong with the unit. They have no in town office, it it done remotely.... Absolutely HORRIBLE business.

However, I pull up, and the door is locked, and the lights are out. With at least 15 min left before they close, you would think that a business would honor their business hours. However, this one does not. It might be time for a change to someone else who can be more accommodating. Closing early with no other reason than not wanting to stay until actual closing time shows signs of bad customer service.
