I give my sales experience with Brown-Daub Volvo of Lehigh Valley 5 stars. I walked in to look at…read morea specific vehicle on their lot and drove out in it the next day. My sales persons, Abby Zgura and Anthony Dibenedetto, were professional and easygoing, which turned a stressful situation into a satisfying exchange. I explained what my budget was and they worked a deal much lower than my cap. Which was amazing, because the car I was looking at I've been wanting for quite awhile and just hadn't "taken the plunge". Also, everyone I met in the dealership greeted me, shook my hand, and offered their help with anything I may need then and in the future. The professionals at Brown-Daub Volvo of Lehigh Valley want to build healthy relationships with the community and it shows.

So much so I recently had everything done on my vehicle at another mechanic shop . Car was driving great but I needed an oil change and took it to Braun daub . I recorded my vehicle performance , no lights on the dash , driving smooth ( I also said in the video I hope my vehicle doesn't start acting up when I get it back ) only to leave and two days later my car is repeatedly shutting off . Last time same exact situation except I was warned my wheel bearings were going bad but no need to worry now . Three days later my vehicle is vibrating and undrivable . I understand dealers need to make money off repairs but this in my opinion is predatory . If someone from Braun daub can contact me and make me whole I would very much appreciate it .

I've purchased over 15 cars from dealerships and this is by far the worst dealership I've had to deal with.

Her attitude brings a 5 star review ( we had Josh who was fantastic) like to give Josh a huge Shout Out, to a one or two star review.  When you bring your car into a dealership for work having someone that show compassion can ease the issue you are going through. When I rented the car it says I left at 8:58 Wednesday that's the time the transaction started I left at 9:30 . I brought it back at 10 am Saturday after hearing the car was fixed . No hello , no good morning.  Then the bill came it showed 3 days rented. Which I thought was fine signed and got into my car. My wife noticed that instead of charging for 3 days I was charged for 4 and immediately went back to the counter to speak with Bridgette. She told my wife he should have been here on time if he didn't want to get charged for the extra day.   That's not a 5 star answer or experience. She was rude and condescending.
