I explained what my budget was and they worked a deal much lower than my cap. I am glad that my husband convinced me to stop by Brown Daub Volvo when their competitor treated me…read moreas if I had the plague when I walked in the door for my SCHEDULED appointment for a test.  I have never experienced a salesperson meet me at the door to tell me "others are looking at the car, so sorry" , hold out his hand to shake as I depart and not offer an opportunity or appointment to consider other models.    What I initially noticed right off of the bat was the salespersons approach.  It was warm and inviting; not pushy yet helpful.  She delicately asked questions so that you could  determine whether I was "window shopping" or had an idea of exactly what I wanted.  She demonstrated that she knows the inventory because she knew right off the top of her head where the three vehicles were that I narrowed it down to.  When I explained that I did not want less than a specific  interior color and features in mind, she were right on point  While approaching one car, she spoke of her "no pressure" approach and showed me why Volvo sells itself.  At the time, I did not know what was a better option at the time (finance or lease) however Kathleen Reilly and Tom Connelly provided me every possible scenario based upon 2 of three cars that I narrowed it down to.  In all of my indecision, Kathleen was extremely patient and still did not pressure me.  I left you that Saturday knowing (or at least I thought that I knew) what I wanted --- NOT TO DEAL WITH ANY OTHER CAR SALESPERSON IN THE FUTURE OTHER THAN HER.    I confidently assured her that I was buying a car with DBV and how valuable customer service is to me.  Low and  behold, when I went to bed Sunday night, my decision changed.  Again Kathleen, went into action on Monday morning and provided me with different options before I made my decision.     This dealership (Kathleen and Tom specifically) reduced unnecessary stress (on my part) and made this transaction worth remembering Brown Daub Volvo..  Kathleen explained that she wanted to ensure that I was absolutely pleased with my purchase and physically comfortable in the vehicle.  Plus she spent time reviewing every control mechanism, and  feature to ensure that when I pulled off of the lot, I had a grasp of the vehicle

They sent me a detailed invoice outlining all of their fees. They were set to allow me to take the car to a nearby mechanic for inspection. They let me know that the car was not being sold as-is. In the end, I did further research on that year for that model and decided I did not like the risk for costly repairs, but this was not on the dealership. Staci, who helped me remained friendly and helpful and hopefully at some point I will have the opportunity to do business with them.

Her attitude brings a 5 star review ( we had Josh who was fantastic) like to give Josh a huge Shout Out, to a one or two star review.  When you bring your car into a dealership for work having someone that show compassion can ease the issue you are going through. When I rented the car it says I left at 8:58 Wednesday that's the time the transaction started I left at 9:30 . I brought it back at 10 am Saturday after hearing the car was fixed . We were there at 10 am and waited in line while Josh finished with a couple in front of us.  Then Josh went through what was owed and even went above and beyond recommended ways to prevent this from happening again.  I get to the check out at on the rental side and hand in my keys to Bridgette. She asks me where the car is and I said right there in the bay. She jumps up, saying oh they don't like that and ran into the shop to move the car. Right there It felt like I did something wrong. No hello , no good morning.  Then the bill came it showed 3 days rented. Which I thought was fine signed and got into my car. My wife noticed that instead of charging for 3 days I was charged for 4 and immediately went back to the counter to speak with Bridgette. She told my wife he should have been here on time if he didn't want to get charged for the extra day.   That's not a 5 star answer or experience. She was rude and condescending.

He also low‑balled me, and when I showed him better offers from other dealerships, he made excuses about not knowing whether my car needed tires or brakes, even though they had my keys and had already appraised it. As a woman, I'm used to not being taken seriously at dealerships, but this was worse -- they wasted my time and still didn't give me a real offer. The car I was interested in is still listed on their website, so clearly they never intended to follow through. I would not recommend this dealership.

Bought a 2024 Tahoe and was promised factory gm heated seats were going to be installed in house…read more The dealer drove my Tahoe to hatfield to have cheap aftermarket heated seats installed. They drilled holes through the console to install switches. Put 150 miles on the Tahoe and never said a word. Then returned it completely empty of gas after it had been dropped off with over 3/4 of a tank. The general manager rushed me off the phone when i called saying he would get back to me. Its been almost a week with no contact from the dealer. Very disappointed. Better off going to another dealer.
