I was actually on my way to the ER when I happened to discover this place. I arrived just 5 minutes before closing, and they had already packed everything up and were ready to leave for the weekend. But the moment Tali and Juan saw how urgent my situation was, they immediately stepped in to help without hesitation. It took more than 40 minutes to carefully remove both of my rings. They used a special manual ring-cutting tool and were incredibly patient and careful to make sure my skin wasn't injured. Juan even ended up with bruises on his hand from working so hard to get the rings off! I cannot thank Tali and Juan enough for their kindness, patience, and willingness to help me when I was genuinely scared and didn't know what else to do. They easily could have told me they were closed, but instead they stayed and helped me through the entire situation.I truly appreciate you both and will never forget your kindness.
