For the ring, I already had my own design, and the owner made it exactly as I designed it. He paid attention to all the little details, and I'm really happy with how it turned out. He also made a cross necklace from the same original ring, and it turned out so cute! I wanted a simple, pretty Tiffany-style look, and I absolutely love it. I had checked with several other jewelry stores before deciding, and his price was the most reasonable. The owner is very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly and patiently. I had quite a few questions because I didn't know much about the process, and he always took the time to explain things again without rushing me. I was originally told the project would take a little over a month, but he said, "I'll do my best," and he ended up finishing everything about two weeks earlier than expected! The store also has a double-lock security system, which I really appreciated. Overall, I'm really happy with the experience and with how my jewelry turned out. I would definitely recommend this place!

Garen was very upfront, professional, and confident. He explained that he would be using laser welding, which helped minimize heat exposure to the opal, and that gave me a lot more confidence leaving the ring with him. The finished work came out beautiful. The sizing looks clean, the ring fits perfectly, and the price was very reasonable for the care involved. It was definitely worth the longer drive. Thank you again to Garen for taking such good care of my ring. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Here's the thing, I've been coming here since the tall blonde lady used to work here. I have been a customer that has seen many managerial changes, and have had my ups and downs with this place, but I keep coming back because they are honest, and they are helpful. If you give them attitude they will do the same, they are human you know. My stuff got taken in the Robbery, but it also got replaced after they got there money of course. They don't take junk, call ahead of time, I have walked to this place only to be turned away with, "You should have called sir," plus they are looking to make a profit, they are a business of course! They even explain how they came up with their pricing unlike some pawnshops *cough* *cough* pawnshop on Foothill *cough* and if you disagree then don't take it out on them, they are doing there job, and following rules from the owners. Despite my differences with them, I keep coming back. Plus!!! if you go on Sundays you might get a free DVD courtesy of the Owner and "Chunky Dark Guy," as Jackie L. names him. read more

First time coming in to the Azusa location, in search of ammo and to say the least I wasn't disappointed. Was greeted by Adrian and he promptly showed me their selection, which wasn't huge but they had what I needed. It's almost impossible to find anything in these trying times. I was able to pick up what I was looking for, completely hassle free, these guys know what they are doing. I highly recommend to my family and friends, come stop in and check them out, both guys there were pretty cool, but Adrian went above and beyond to service my requests, I give an A++ to Azusa pawn and will definitely be back, never going to Turners or Bass Pro again!!! read more

Ladies, I found this awesome Pawn Shop in Azusa. It is owned and run by women only. They are so helpful and friendly when you come in, and are so fair. I took some gold jewelry in to sell as well as an antique watch, and they showed me on their computer how much the watch was worth on Ebay. No games played here. They are so honest. So come on ladies, let's support this women run business. Spread the word. This kind of business us usually run by men so lets help these ladies show they can compete and grow. Tell your friends!!!! This pawn shop sucks. Most pawn shops I have delt with have always sent you a notice of when your loan expires 30 days prior. And even if you are a couple days late they have no problem of letting get your item back or to even rewrite the loan. NOT this place. They send you a notice saying FINAL NOTICE 12 days . They dont work with you at all. Yes it was my fault i was a day late, but seriously I asked if she could work with me and all Erika says is its foreclosed on but i could put it on layaway. WIMPYS is far more better to go to. read more
