I think in these times we forget that there are still honest people out there, and it is refreshing and a shot in the arm when you find someone who is honest. I need to relay an experience I had at Azusa Mega Pawn today. I went in to have a price on a gold bracelet I had for a number of years, wanted to see what it was worth, considering selling it. The person who helped me was very friendly and professional and gave me a price, but that's not why I'm leaving this review... On the way out, I inadvertently dropped a ring I had for several years, it must've fallen out of my pocket when I was having the bracelet appraised and I never noticed it. Later, I was looking for it, and it was gone, not in my pocket anymore, so with literally no expectations of success, I called Azusa Pawn and asked if anyone had found a ring. I described it, and guess what...She said yes, a manager found it on the floor and turned it in! Say What! An honest person, literally giving me shot in the arm of hope for humanity. It would've been so easy to say, "We didn't find anything," but the person answering the phone didn't say that; she said it's here, and I can pick it up. Again, I had never been in there before, but I will be back. My experience was that there are good people in this world, and one of them works at Azusa Mega Pawn, good people. I will be back. Rude and unknowledgeable. I have two items I found in the back of my garage. A brand new windshield for a Yamaha motorcycle and a brand new truck camper shell tent. Both in box. I no longer have that model motorcycle or that model truck. It doesn't feel right to throw these items out and I've had no luck on offer up. So I thought let me just see if I can get some pocket change or even lunch money from a pawn shop. But as soon as I walked in I was looked at and treated like I was pawning to get my next fix. Alright pawn shop, just came here as a quick stop to browse through things. Didn't get anything or pawn anything off. Many of the items there are around selling price, like the OLED Switch that they had. A lot of the "older, vintage" games and accessories did go for a much higher price, like the Digimon Degivice that was $200+. They had a small section of designer purses/wallets, a bunch of signed posters from sports famous people from Frank & Son's events, lots of electronics, tools, guns, and instruments. New crew same great service! First off they recently started buying and selling ammo and since they are a pawnshop they can offer certain deals on ammo that your local stores can't! Also they have new and used guns and they can work deals on used guns and save you some cash especially with the new gun and ammo tax from 2024! One last update they allow guns and ammo to be put on layaway with a full 10 months to pay off and no one allows ammo on layaway but here you can do it! read more

I've been a customer for years and I believe they are under new management but now these new employees are not friendly and lately giving you way less for your pawns. I have my laptop in there and when I get it out I will no longer give these people my business. o do his job much less talk to people especially LONG TIME LOYAL customers I've spent thousands and borrowed thousands at times always paid my past due items I went in and "BOSSMAN" who said he fired the whole last crew didn't even try to work with me I was there to pick up 2 of my rings while dropping one off that I bought there a year ago I was told if I buy jewelry at that location I could get half of what I paid for it as a pawn and this guy look as me and starts being loud and on a high horse saying I can't get half and started a rant as soon as I asked for the REAL MANAGER and REAL BUSINESS MAN "Raymond Amadeo" ray was tough but knew good business when he saw it and always knew how to talk to customers good n bad somebody check this guy and bring back RAY! I pawned my brand new microsoft service pro for 200.00. I paid the renewal fee for over a year cuz i wasnt gonna lose my brand new laptop. When we went to pick it up they brought it to us damaged. Something alot heavier clearly was dropped on it and the screen was smashed badly. Even though we were upset they told us they would replace it with a new one. When it came it they called us and handed me what they had bought. It was clearly nowhere new there were scratches and dirt all over the laptop and no charger. So i refused to accept it. They said they didnt have to replace it with something equal to the quality of the one that was damaged while in their possession. Just one that worked. I feel that is absolutely bad business. Bad enough they allowed for it to be damaged then to not replace it with something of good quality like the one they had. So if they choose to not replace it with something alike mine ill take the company to small claimes.
