I have been looking for someone to take my digital marketing to the next level as I know nothing about it. So hopefully they do SEO stuff. I wanted somebody local so I didn't feel like another number. The folks I have spoken with at other agencies promise a lot, almost to good to be true, (and you know what that usually mean ... it ain't true!!) but they ask for a really long commitment and a huge price tag, then they look at you like your a dirt bag for not wanting to commit to a 10k a month campaign. They are like buzzards in the Death Valley highway, just scooping up dead carcasses . Anyway I am not talking about Results Marketing I have not spoken with them yet I hope they are a different story. Keeping my fingers crossed! I'm giving them a five star rating hoping that they handle it for me!

Well, I got that and much more! Results Marketing worked side-by-side with me to redesign my website. In two hours, the look and feel was dramatically improved. They also evaluated all my social media sites and gave me great input to increase traffic. More importantly, Birgit offered a wealth of knowledge on branding, general marketing, and book launch strategies. Results Marketing is the total package when it comes to marketing! The owner is highly credentialed in her field, extremely responsive, a first-rate professional, and a delight to work with. I could not recommend Results Marketing more highly. I have complete confidence in the owner and her team as consultants who can and will add tremendous value in every aspect of traditional marketing and internet marketing. I look forward to partnering with her as I continue to build the brand for my business. What was supposed to be a quick website over haul has turned into a year long working relationship. If you have a small business and need anything done from marketing, financial planning, branding, HR, PR to even interior design then this is the place for you. I was attracted to Saralynn because she has been a small business owner and understands the challenges I face daily, I felt like she really had my best interest in mind. As far as I know, Nobleton Marketing Group is the only firm is San Francisco who works only with small business owners and unlike the other firms I spoke with, they work on a month to month basis. As a small business owner, with limited resources, it is very scary to sign a six month or longer contract. Saralynn is very real, honest, professional and will prioritize a strategic plan for you and your business. She made me feel very empowered as a business owner. Before working with Nobleton Marketing Group I didn't understand what "branding" was and the impact it had on my business in such a competitive market. It didn't happen over night, but after about 4 months with the creative and resourceful work of Nobleton Marketing Group who were guiding me every step of the way, I can say that we started to see our sales increase and a year later we are running 21% over last years numbers. Nobleton Marketing Group is the best investment I have ever made for my business!

Our "original" Logo that Nuvolum allegedly created, turned around after a year or so later, and used the exact same logo and colors that I thought was unique to our practice. So they have templated websites that they use for all practices. The campaigns they have had us participate in have done nothing for our practice except for additional money and time. PLEASE read all the reviews online including from ex-employees which is very telling of who you are working with. High staff turnover. Arrogance and narcissistic attitude. LOTS of empty promises and they continually are trying to sell you more things to purchase from them. We have done everything they have asked from us with little to no positive results and that is after 30 months of working with these salesmen not a marketing company. We have worked with other companies in the past with substantially better results, with professional people to work with, and a fraction of the cost that you will spend with Nuvolum. Yes I am a real oral surgeon client. They even accused one practice of not being a client of Nuvolum after the practice wrote a very negative experience with them. So in order to make people reading the reviews believe it was a fake review to save face. We have voiced our displeasure several times and the owners as the reviews say are callous and lack empathy, but if you choose to work with them PLEASE DO NOT sign the contract until you have an attorney read it first. The contract is designed so that they can fire you for any reason ( I personally no a practice that they did this to) but if you are not getting the results that they WILL promise you, you cannot fire them. They will also try the classic sales tactic of pressuring you into signing on with them in less than 48 hours...... YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!

They offer a full range of services, all backed with a highly efficient organization for tracking customers' needs and staff who are always available, patient, and ready to assist. I needed a way to enter my own website (in Dreamweaver) and do edits and additions myself, and to be able to write and send out my monthly newsletter. The staff took me through every step and worked with me until I got the process working for myself. The owner, David Daniels, has lived in the area all his life and comes from a family that had a successful local business, so T324, even though it is a tech company, has the flavor of a neighborhood/community oriented company. They designed and developed a content management system (CMS) for us using Umbraco, a CMS on the dot.net platform. When we first engaged HyperArts, there was only a single Department of Surgery website, a collage of disconnected individual pages. Our goal was to replace this with a vibrant web presence, user-friendly interface, professional look and feel, with well-organized and compelling content. We feel we have developed an organic system for expanding content over the web, one that is easily customizable, upgradeable, highly extensible, and scalable. We have built over 50 websites, starting with our flagship site http://surgery.ucsf.edu/ . A number of our large departments at UCSF have also expressed interest to me in using HyperArts, based on what they did our department. HyperArts has developed numerous applications for our sites, many mission-critical, including: 1. Request an Appointment - http://top.ucsf.edu/patient-center/request-an-appointment.aspx that has generated over 2,000 appointments in a 1 1/2 years. 2. A database to track all aspects of the appointments including service levels and doctor referrals. 3. A rich faculty biography - http://transplant.surgery.ucsf.edu/faculty/transplant-surgeons/peter-g-stock,-md,-phd.aspx 4. A system for presenting Conditions & Procedures our surgeons. http://transplant.surgery.ucsf.edu/conditions--procedures/hepatocellular-carcinoma-(liver-cancer).aspx 5. A centralized news feed that spans all of our sites: http://transplant.surgery.ucsf.edu/news--events.aspx In short, HyperArts has done an outstanding job in fulfilling our online development needs and giving us a great web presence.

Number two reason for the five stars: they design a site for you and teach you how to use it... no monthly subscription service/fee... no hostages here... they hand you the product no strings attached and that is counter to the "residual income" business model that has become the low-standard. AE designed and produced our second-generation website in early 2015 (about a year before this review). It exceeded our expectations but more importantly: - It launched without a single hitch, and just before an important season for our organization. - AE produced the website quickly and did not get bogged-down in the details: movement is just as important as direction. - AE trained us how to use the mechanism behind the site as well as site navigation, allowing us to maintain the site / maximizing the site's potential on our own, in-house, without additional (or ongoing) maintenance expenses.
