I'm a blogger with a global audience and a simple but HUGE WordPress site with hundreds of thousands of words and hundreds of pictures. When I joined the org, we were just at the beginning stages of working on a total website rehaul. Even though I was still on boarding and learning about the industry, the team from nextstep made it super easy to ensure all ideas and wishes were captured. Post launch, it was really easy to make updates and get support whenever we needed it. Just a couple months ago, we refreshed a few of our pages and it only took 2 months. Number two reason for the five stars: they design a site for you and teach you how to use it... no monthly subscription service/fee... no hostages here... they hand you the product no strings attached and that is counter to the "residual income" business model that has become the low-standard. AE designed and produced our second-generation website in early 2015 (about a year before this review). It exceeded our expectations but more importantly: - It launched without a single hitch, and just before an important season for our organization. - AE produced the website quickly and did not get bogged-down in the details: movement is just as important as direction. - AE trained us how to use the mechanism behind the site as well as site navigation, allowing us to maintain the site / maximizing the site's potential on our own, in-house, without additional (or ongoing) maintenance expenses.
