I get complimented all the time on my visual presentation, but more than just that the very act of going through Artsy Geek's brand and self exploration process was integral to my developing a strong business brand that's separate from but true to my personal self. I'm a realtor and I actually loathe self-marketing, so I wanted to work with Jen, Michael, and Becca to find a way to create a distinct professional brand that communicates who I am and what I offer without losing my entire life to what really should be a job with boundaries. Artsy Geek absolutely nailed it; they distilled everything I am and want to be professionally into a handful of core assets, and it legitimately changed how I approach my business. Worth every hour and dollar, they're so good at really hearing you and translating what you say into "product," and they're funny and smart and caring and generally great people to boot. Thank you so much for everything, I'll be back if and when I'm ready for new collateral or if I ever go in a new direction brand-wise!

I got by for a while making some simple stuff on my own, or hiring online gigs but nothing ever really looked polished and professional, and there was a noticeable lack of continuity. Since I started working with Artsy Geek, who really took the time to understand my brand, voice, customer, and vision, my whole brand identity has come to life! I've had eye-catching sidewalk and building signs made, luxe door hangers and postcards, clean and crisp print collateral, and outstanding social media graphics that all elevate my studio brand and reflect what my business represents. There's something that goes deeper for me than just having good-looking branding. Every time I see the work that Artsy Geek has done for me, it fills me with a sense of pride in my business and hope for its growth. I feel so confident when I'm able to leverage images that spark and communicate what I love most about my business. Having that attitude helps me stay in the mindset I need to be in as a small business owner.

Working with Hunter on my website has been an absolute pleasure and has provided me with a wealth of essential tools for continuing to enhance my writing coaching and admission essay counseling business. From our very first meeting, Hunter immediately intuited my aesthetic vision and got to work creating custom illustrations, formatting, and user interface that took my half-formed concept to a level I could never have imagined. Independently polishing a truly personalized mobile-friendly website in squarespace, despite its easy templates, proved extremely frustrating in practice. This is where Hunter's delightful personality, graphic design skills, and coding magic truly shone through. I would often meet Hunter in a state of being completely overwhelmed by my countless attempts to get text and design elements to appear just right on every platform. In these moments, Hunter's cheerful reassurance and expertise put to rest any doubts over what was feasible. I soon realized that the sky is the limit when you build a squarespace site with Hunter. Hunter can indeed "fix anything in CSS" and does so with such speed and confidence that it felt like impossible design obstacles were vanishing in real time. I cannot thank Hunter enough for both the outcome, and the joyful experience of collaborating with someone who takes genuine pleasure in elegantly solving design challenges. Our work together on prowritingtutor.com resulted in a website and PR materials that I can now proudly showcase to prospective clients. I should also mention that we had a ton of fun in the process. I will be recommending Hunter to anybody I know who needs help with web development, graphic design or squarespace intervention.

She is thorough, creative, patient, and gifted at her craft. I came to her disorganized in my ideas and struggling with the concept I wanted to portray. I love my business cards and consistently receive compliments on them. I feel so proud of my marketing materials because they're professional, original, colorful, and really represent who I am. Yay for Eva! And I have to say how much I love my webiste--it's fantastic! Easy to navigate, inviting, informative, clean, creative. Having a professional, well-designed website has given me a huge boost in confidence and has attracted many patients to my acupuncture clinic. Eva's a great communicator and very knowledgeable about her field. I know she's constantly taking design courses to advance her skills and further her education. She has an inspiring integrity with her work and completed all of my design projects on time or ahead of schedule. Eva's also very passionate about helping small business owners and non-profits get off the ground with effective marketing materials. Her rates are very reasonable! I called Eva many times in distress and confusion about this crazy technological world we live in (I'm not tech-savvy, to say the least), and she always listened to me with compassion and walked me through the difficulties. Also, Pushcart Design uses American Apparel shirts which are both sweatshop free and of good quality. (I rarely wear t-shirts but find AA's cut unusually flattering). The company also designs posters (check out the amazing Obama ones), business cards, etc. as well as websites. After checking out the business card examples on the site, I cannot wait to call them when I have a need for some smart eye-catching way to promote myself. Oh and one last thing. I should mention that the color I ordered ended up not being available in my size but within minutes the company was in communication with me, suggesting alternative color combinations.
