The screen had lines and would black out, making the laptop unusable. When I took it to the Apple Store, I was quoted $1,100 just to send it in for diagnosis, or $1,400 for a new laptop. I contacted two other repair shops, but they didn't handle Macs or water damage. Thankfully, I found San Francisco Bay Computer Services. They quoted me $467 for the repair, which included a screen with the Apple logo. I paid a 50% deposit, and they ordered the part, which arrived in just one day. I dropped off the laptop in the morning and picked it up the same day--fully repaired and working perfectly! They also provided a 30-day warranty on labor and assured me the parts have a manufacturer warranty. To top it off, I received a 20% discount on labor for my next visit (not that I hope to need it anytime soon!). Ed was responsive on the phone and texted me when laptop was ready for pickup. Their professionalism, efficiency, and fair pricing make them stand out. I highly recommend this business to anyone in need of computer repairs, especially for Macs!

I've always told myself I would leave the game before I cheat the game. Sticking around just to feel the love from the fans, shake hands, kiss babies, and rack up sponsorship deals would be cheating the game that I fell so deeply in love with as a little kid. While I feel my pen is better than ever, I don't have the time, bandwidth, or energy to keep up with the generational greats like Marianne W and Phil H, or the young hungry lions coming up looking to make a name for themselves. The blessing of being well fed has cursed me to not be hungry. Wow. I was just trying to contact yelp to make a suggestion and was unable to find any "contact…read moreus" avenues, and then decided to yelp "Yelp". I had no idea what these business owners have been dealing with and hearing their frustrations, and then to see how yelp does not even respond to their reviews. Disappointing. It seems like there is frustration with the "Elites" which I have been invited to join on numerous occasions - I decline and usually skip their reviews as it defeats the purpose of leaving a review because you are inclined to do so. Just them being incentivized is wrong. Anyhow, yelp is on the decline - the older reviews and photos need to be archived - menus and food change constantly. To be looking at reviews and photos over a year old are irrelevant and unhelpful- put in a sort option in the photos (as you do for reviews) where we can look at "newest" photos first. Or just have them populate by newest first, please! And take care of all those negate reviews of your company.
