Market Station is a mixed-use development created by Continuum Partners on the site of the former RTD station which was moved to the Union Station complex. It includes 82,000 square feet of retail, 95,000 square feet of office space, 320 parking spaces offering valet and a mechanical stacking system, and 225 residences.
The retail is a bit odd as it encompasses both the exterior of the complex and multiple corridors that cut through the interior which have been designated "Base Camp" by the developers. The main Base Camp corridor has open air seating and a row of retail spaces. The only tenant is Milk Tea People and the rest of the space has remained vacant.
The entrances to the interior corridors are not very obvious to a pedestrian and this area never seems to get any significant traffic. I don't think it is destined to be a very successful retail strip. The exterior retail spaces are much more visible and those have attracted a number of major tenants.
The largest exterior space is the Water Grill restaurant. Other tenants are Foreign Rider (active apparel), State and Liberty (menswear), Helly Hansen (technical outerwear), Thule (camping and packing equipment), Danner (boots), Chase Bank, Scarpaletto (shoes and accessories), Topo Designs (outdoor apparel, accessories, packs, and bags), T-Mobile, Adorn (interior design and accessories), Aktiv (Scandinavian-inspired outerwear), and Xfinity.
There are five floors of office space, most of which is leased. The residential tower offers The Flats, 171 studios plus one and two bedroom apartments and Fourteen 45, 54 luxury condos. There's a fitness center and two clubhouses, a rooftop terrace with a pool, lounge, and grills, indoor bike maintenance and storage plus additional closets and lockers, car washing/detailing services, two outdoor dog runs plus a washing station, and a curated art program. read more
