I'm a…read morebig fan of QuikTrip since I've yet to find one that has a dirty bathroom, messy floors and high gas prices for no reason. This particular location does a great job in all areas that are important for a gas station. They have competitive gas prices, huge focus on cleanliness in all areas, great selection of snacks, drinks and other items for a successful road trip. Their customer service is some of the best in the business because they're polite, friendly and helpful. I also want to point out that another important thing to consider is QuikTrip has many gas pumps so that reduces wait times and prevents long lines.

This is a cool little place behind the pumps of the Mobile Station. It is a convenience store with…read morea kitchen. You know it is good as the trades guys swarm the place from early morning through the evenings. There are daily specials, mostly lunches, like a BBQ pork sandwich with drink and side for around $5 - 6. They fry chicken and have many of the southern traditional items, like greens, fried okra, potato wedges, corn, etc. Given than many of the trades guys don't speak or read English as their native tongue, they have a color photograph menu on the counter so one can point to what they want and indicate with their fingers the quantity. And those ladies behind the counter are like a bunch of moms in the kitchen. They work, and work continually along with their banter and laughter. And they love to see you there. Along the front window, among the aisles of goods are boothettes for eating in. Otherwise the food is wrapped and set up to-go. Certainly not a gourmet place to dine, but it is a place to get good food to eat.

In addition to the line of well-covered fuel pumps, they have two air pumps. I had a warning light for low air pressure and I stopped in today for that. Five full minutes of pressurized air and you can dial in the pressure you need. It cuts off when it reaches that spot and for all four tires, five minutes was enough time. Tip: Take the caps off first and keep them in your pocket so you don't forget. After the air, I popped inside for a bottle of water. Decent selection of snacks and drinks but this place is right near the border so there's no masks by anyone. Go figure. [Review 16683 overall - 864 in South Carolina - 195 of 2022.]
