9540 Charlotte Hwy, Fort Mill, SC…read more To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding my experience at the Shell service station located at 9540 Charlotte Hwy in the Fort Mill area. On my visit, I stopped at this location to fuel my diesel truck and spent approximately $180 on fuel. After pumping gas, I went inside the store to buy a drink. I entered the store in a good mood and was quietly whistling a tune. While inside, the manager, who I understand to be the store manager, became immediately rude and hostile toward me. Her behavior was unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely unnecessary. I was then told to leave the store, and she threatened to call the police simply because I was whistling a song. I felt that I was singled out and treated in a racially discriminatory manner. As a paying customer, I should not have been humiliated, threatened, or treated with hostility for no valid reason. This experience was upsetting and unacceptable. I am requesting that this incident be reviewed and investigated, and that appropriate action be taken regarding the manager's conduct. I would also appreciate a response regarding what steps will be taken to address this matter and prevent similar treatment of other customers in the future. Sincerely,
