The lady at the counter offered them a place to sit inside and a free beverage while they waited. The heat index outside was over 100 that day and her kindness and hospitality was amazing. She even helped entertain my little one while they waited. This staff's hospitality and customer service are unmatched these days and this will definitely be our new place to fill up. They fry chicken and have many of the southern traditional items, like greens, fried okra, potato wedges, corn, etc. Given than many of the trades guys don't speak or read English as their native tongue, they have a color photograph menu on the counter so one can point to what they want and indicate with their fingers the quantity. And those ladies behind the counter are like a bunch of moms in the kitchen. They work, and work continually along with their banter and laughter. And they love to see you there.
