Granted it was a new store location and apparently I was the second customer for a u-haul. great.......I was patient, spent a whole hour here for a pick-up. I had to provide my vehicle specs and DL information AGAIN, even though I had filled it up online and he even read it to me to verify that I was the correct person to pick it up. Their internet connection did not work, so I had to do it on my phone. User errors on their personal phones or connection issues. The clerk had to call uhaul help line twice to advise on steps (Ok, i'm the second customer, I get it, but MY phone? weird). Anyways, don't get a U-haul here. Otherwise, it's a clean place with the basic selection on sodas and snacks. Oddly, no coke products.
