Market Cleaners made my stained white shirts white again! Best job of any cleaners that I have tried! Thank you!

Service was on point. All its were cleaned and pressed without any flaws. Everything was available for pickup the next day.

Happy so far. The Comet Cleaners in the area went out of business and I had to find a new cleaner. I should have left Comet years ago. Love the staff. They double button your laundered shirts and recycle the hangers. read more

Brought some new slacks here to be hemmed. Just needed an inch taken off. I didn't notice until I got them home that they had literally just sewed up the pant and you could see the thread all along the bottom. Now I can't wear the pants, and I'm out the money I paid for the hem. read more

My wife takes my clothes here so much they know her name and vehicle immediately when she drives up lol. My clothes are always super nice and clean, no wrinkles, good creases in the pants, I think they might even use a pinch of starch for me. Overall they are very good and I get compliments all the time on how nice my clothes are. read more

Don't use this cleaners or you will be sorry! It seems they make an error every time I go. One time they gave me women's blouses instead of my husband's shirts. The next time they gave me the shirts but not the pants. This time they gave me the shirts but not my Dad's suit coat that we need to bury him! And they put the clothes in the car for you, so you don't realize until you're home so it costs an extra trip. And worse than that, that idiot that works there got an attitude with me about it! I believe in second chances, but not fourth chances. She needs to be fired. read more

I have been to this location several times and I agree the customer service needs improvement. This will be my last time coming here. Message to management, your employees should be a representation of you. Within the last 2 years of coming here I have yet to see any improvements. Have been coming to this location for a long time. Had to pick up on a Saturday and was rushed but got there at 4:58 pm - 2 minutes before closing. They would not open the door for us. Looked at us through the window and rudely said we're closed. We told them we got there before 5:00 and they just ignored us. When they were flooded and closed we went to George's Cleaners. Had a very similar situation happen - traffic was bad getting home and got there right at closing - George gladly served me and gave me my clothes. When they reopened we went back to support them getting back up. But no more. Unbelievable. We waited till she walked out and rolled down the window to say again we got there before 5:00. Totally ignored us - and acted like she was on the phone. Done with Market Cleaners - no customer focus whatsoever. George we are happily coming back to you!! read more

Fast service but that's about it. The only reason why I came to this location was because the one we went to closed down. They were very nonchalant with everything and didn't even look professionally dressed. Attitude was sour and just overall distasteful. read more

Had 3 pair of golf shorts altered at the waist a 1/2 inch for $30 and what a terrible job, she bunched up the fabric and sewed a seam. Took them back to take out seam and received no reimbursement. Will not be going back for any reason. read more

This establishment has been reliable for the most part. They lost me as a customer today because I witnessed the worst excuse for customer service I have probably ever seen. They had lost another customer's clothes (15 items) and Amber, the cashier said the words "f***ing ridiculous is not my fault." She was clear it was not her fault this customer's clothes were gone and very clearly annoyed she had to deal with it at all. She waived her hands in the air and said "What do you expect me to do." In the middle of this, there's 4 other teenage girls and boys miling around behind the counter and would just chuckle and say I don't work here when asked anything. This is what I watched while waiting to pick up my own clothes. There has been a clear change in staff, I have always received great service but have also never seen this girl before. I will not be back. I now know if that in the unfortunate evet my belongings are misplaced I will be scoffed at and told to bad so sad. read more

I would've not rated them a one star, but I do like the employees that have helped me the past three years. Since the beginning of this year, I have had 5 pieces of clothes ripped with only three of them giving a partial refund of the cost. Three pairs of jeans, ripped and burnt, and two shirts that have been torn. Both shirts I was told were worn, but then again, yes I do wear them, but if they are worn out, I wouldn't wear them in my professional business. The last one happened 7-13-15, which I've now learned my lesson not to go there. I can understand a garment possibly getting caught and torn, but to blame it on the wear and tear, sorry. The shirt shouldn't have been cleaned if that were the case. So I paid to have it cleaned, but wasn't offered my money back for it, nor a partial replacement value. Therefore, my suggestion is not to visit this cleaners. I do have a complaint into the BBB, and will be contacting the owner. read more
