This is a Family owned establishment... who knew!! I assumed walking in that, they were a credit union and not a chain of banks therfore, although, it wasn't what I was in search of, it was nice to be able to go over options offered, should I decide to switch banks in the future. When visa was going to recover the $3000 that independent motorcycles stole from me , she called visa and told them to cancel the claim, then told me ,"do you expect her bank to just give you money"?she did not even have a clue what had happened! This was after one of the good bank employees had spent days helping to recover stolen funds. Visa had already verified fraud and was going to recover funds.
