I explained my analysis of the problem and they agreed to come and take a look. While trying to coordinate their schedule with that of my tenants Shawn suggested that they come over that evening just after 5:00 PM. That really helped us a lot. They arrived and fixed the problem which I would have never figured out. It was a bad recepticle. They fixed it so quickly I asked them to replace an outdoor plug which had become loose and did not look safe.
