Adam came in today to clean our mattress which hasn't been cleaned since we got it which I wanna say was almost 3 years ago. It's been slept on without sheets many times out of laziness of putting them back on after washing them, and we have two dogs so the dirt has just really built up overtime. First of all, I'm really skeptical of all these five star reviews. I called and made an appointment, or I thought I did. I was given a window of 4-7. But I was wondering why the girl wouldn't give me an estimate or any price quote and sounded like she answered the phone from her private cell phone. Also, I was confused why she didn't take my credit card information to secure a deposit. Well, we just moved and are trying to prepare our home for visitors the next day, and our couch is in dire need of cleaning. So 6 rolled around, and I called to check on our appointment. No one was there. Than we received a call from a friendly more polite agent about 30 minutes later, however we weren't even in the system. And the manager she called apparently didn't care to make it up to us. She offered next day evening, but that's already too late. Why would I trust this company again?! Thanks, but no thanks. Manny responded immediately to my online request for information on their services. I was able to make an appointment for that same day! He and his assistant showed up on time to clean our living room and bedroom carpet. Due to some issues with the wacky electrical wiring in our home, the circuits kept blowing (totally our fault). Manny did a great job cleaning the carpets inspite of this problem and he suggested that he come back the following week with new equipment he was getting that runs from inside his van. This would solve the problem we were having with the electrical circuits. He showed up the next week, on time and was able to give us an additional cleaning for no extra charge. These super friendly guys came in and cleaned my couch and chair and 4 area rugs for a reasonable price. I was satisfied with the cleaning but not thrilled. The couches still had some visible stains. The stain was due to oil from my dog who will sometimes rub up on the furniture. After they left I hit the stains with some "folex" and I can say the stains were 50% better. I just needed to use some elbow grease. Got the result that I hoped for after my touch up. So I would recommend this company for general cleaning but don't be expected to be blown away. I have just received my 9x12 Persian carpet back from Mark It Clean. I am thrilled! It is more beautiful than I remember it new. Manny & his assistant were wonderful from start to finish. They cleaned several small scatter rugs at my house, but recommended that the large one be taken to the plant for proper cleaning. I'm glad I agreed. It came out beautiful. They were very available when I called for an appointment, and were very professional throughout the whole process. So unprofessional!!!!!!!!! I had called in to make an appointment Sunday morning for 10 am I get a call Sunday morning at 10 am from the "master of upholstry" asking if I'd still like for them to come by and deep clean my mattress or if I'd like to reschedule for another day. I had explained that I specifically asked for that appointment and time then the guy asked me what service I needed for the second time so I explained I need my mattress cleaned and told him I was quoted over the message and proof in email for $150 plus $20 off for being a first time customer.. so after explaining to the guy he told me 5 plus times that he was "doing me a favor for only charging me $150 when he should be charging me $250" he also goes on saying how he is the "master" and "king" of upholstery cleaning so I asked is there a guarantee if he can remove any stains and he could not give me an answer.... After the 10th time of Him telling me that he's doing me a favor and acting like he's Gods greatest gift I simply say "thank you but please cancel I'm going to someone else who knows exactly what there doing" and he left it with a "I'm sure you cant find someone else sweetheart" ..... DONE!!!!! So unprofessional don't waste your time or money. read more
