After the disappointment of not hearing from the other businesses, I hesitated to believe that someone from Fast Trac Tractor Service would actually show up for a quote. I was beginning to feel that those who said they were going to show up saw my house and were not up for the challenge. And then I exchanged a few txt messages with jthe owner, Brian, shared pictures of the property, had a phone call and he came out to my property to give me a fair quote. Let me tell you, I respect the professionalism of this guy. I was informed of my options, discussed the itemized costs of services, and discussed what the tractor can and cannot do (I am city girl so I don't know about tractors). The next thing I know, my house is amazing and does not look neglected. And, the goat heads are gone, for now, so I can finally have my dog over for a playdate! I had to work the day of my appointment, but I returned to see one of the workers, Dan (who I think is detail oriented with that tractor), cleaning up the remaining details of the job. I will keep Fast Trac Tractor Service in my contacts and highly recommend this business for your weed abatement and hauling needs.

Robert met us at our home and took me up onto the roof. He took the time and showed me what he can see to be the problem. First I dealt with Matthew who was the project manager and completely dropped the ball on this project. A month after installation my floors started lifting and he tried to tell me it was a plumbing issue & a leak in the floor and it wasn't a floor failure. Had a plumbing inspection done and turns out there was no leak. Reached back out and he never got back to me through text or call, so I wrote an email. Then I get a text from Walter who said he's the owner and knew nothing about the project but saw there were issues & informed me Matthew no longer worked for the company. He was very on top of it, came in to look at the damages, paid me back for the plumbers to come out, told me he would make it right & fix the floors. Scheduled the floor repairs for August 9-11, tried getting ahold of him the week before he was supposed to come in. Phone is off, and never showed up to fix the floors. Even emailed the email on his business card and nothing. Completely unprofessional especially when he was so on top of it to make it right to just ghost me and never show up or even contact me. Use someone else, save yourself the hassle.
