Because the trees were located beyond my back deck on a steep hillside, the job wasn't easy. Joseph and the team at Mason's Treescape came out, carefully assessed the situation, and provided a very reasonable quote. Just a few days later, the crew arrived and got right to work. They quickly and safely removed the trees, trimmed another one, and did an outstanding job cleaning up afterward. As a bonus, they neatly stacked my new supply of firewood, which was greatly appreciated. Everyone on the team was professional, friendly, and efficient from start to finish. The entire experience exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend Mason's Treescape to anyone in need of quality tree service!

He had great communication and went out to walk the property right away. I actually wasn't able to be here the day he walked it, so he FaceTimed me and walked the property with me on the phone, giving me his honest opinion on which Trees could be saved and which ones had to go. His pricing was great and he scheduled us in quickly. Joseph and his crew showed up right on time, and these guys are pros. Great equipment, all top-notch stuff and they knocked out a huge job quickly efficiently and cleanly. They ended up having to cut down over 40 trees, they ground all the stumps down and stacked up the wood that I asked to keep for firewood. I highly recommend Mason's Treescape!

Price was reasonable for what I "thought" I was getting for $400. Unfortunately that opinion soon changed, I took my wife to her OB appointment, was only gone a few hours and came home to find them gone already, no text or call to let me know they were done so I had no idea how long they actually worked but after looking around I could see it was a rushed job. Bill returned a little while later to get paid so I pointed out some concerns but he down played them and brushed them aside, even talking down to me at one point about the sprinklers. I myself have worked in the landscaping and maintenance business for several years and am fairly knowledgeable about it, luckily because I spent most of the following morning adjusting and fixing the sprinklers so water wasn't covering my sidewalk and running down my driveway into the street, his answer to that was to run my sprinklers at night so nobody would see it. The more I looked around at the work that was done the worse I felt about handing him $400. I text him to express my concerns and disappointment to which he replied "Sorry you're unhappy but that just what the industry is you seem to be the only unhappy customer that I've ever had". Not exactly customer service orientated. So to say the least I am unhappy with the service (or lack there of), quality of work and eye to detail I would expect from a so called professional. I DO NOT recommend using this business... definitely not worth the $400, especially since I am going to have to redo a lot of it.
