Unfortunately that opinion soon changed, I took my wife to her OB appointment, was only gone a few hours and came home to find them gone already, no text or call to let me know they were done so I had no idea how long they actually worked but after looking around I could see it was a rushed job. Bill returned a little while later to get paid so I pointed out some concerns but he down played them and brushed them aside, even talking down to me at one point about the sprinklers. I myself have worked in the landscaping and maintenance business for several years and am fairly knowledgeable about it, luckily because I spent most of the following morning adjusting and fixing the sprinklers so water wasn't covering my sidewalk and running down my driveway into the street, his answer to that was to run my sprinklers at night so nobody would see it. The more I looked around at the work that was done the worse I felt about handing him $400. I text him to express my concerns and disappointment to which he replied "Sorry you're unhappy but that just what the industry is you seem to be the only unhappy customer that I've ever had". Not exactly customer service orientated. So to say the least I am unhappy with the service (or lack there of), quality of work and eye to detail I would expect from a so called professional.
