I live in the Dallas area and I like to send my friends and…read morefamily flowers from a local floral shop versus using the one 800 flowers who suck I have used the Heights floor shop before and every time I send flowers, I have had a great experience, however For my mom's 60th birthday I wanted to send her something fun and festive and what I saw online with something very vibrant party like but what she received was something very dull. The party is over and almost need to go in the trash. I complain to the floral shop and they try to reason with me and asking that I want them to make the arrangement over again or that I want half of my money back And be honest with you. I went head on and chose another floral shop that could give me what I want and I just took half of my money back from the Heights floral shop. I will never use them again. I have found another florist in the Houston area that can actually produce what is on their website. My problem with the Heights floral shop is if they couldn't replicate it then they should call me. I actually left a note in the comment section that if you do not have any of the pieces, please let me know what stood out about the photo. Was that the white vase with the candles on the outside made it pop and all the wonderful colors But the arrangement that my mom received was far from that it was a clear vase, which made the colors, a dull, it was smaller than the photo, and the flowers were nothing like the photo. The flowers were not vibrant and live and happy. They were dull, colorless and look like they came from the Walmart floral department. I could've easily gone to Kroger or H-E-B or Costco and got a better arrangement than what this Heights floral shot put together. I've been shopping with them for 15-20 years and I will never use them again. i'm assuming the quality of their care either gone down because of the economy, maybe they can't get a hold of flowers anymore, maybe the tariffs are putting a hold on their business or maybe it's under new management I have no idea, but what I do know is they usually never disappoint and this time, I was very disappointed I rate the heights floral shop a ZERO

I placed my order online and then called to make sure they could leave the flowers at the front desk since she wouldn't be getting off work until late. The gentleman who answered the phone was absolutely wonderful--kind, helpful, and a pleasure to speak with. He assured me he would personally deliver the flowers to the hotel on his way home so they would be waiting for her. He followed through exactly as promised, left them safely at the front desk, and made sure they reached her. The flowers were absolutely beautiful, and the customer service was truly exceptional. It's rare to find a business that goes above and beyond like this. I can't thank them enough for making my friend's day so special. I highly recommend them!

I actually told Treshelle that I found a cheaper florist and turned her down... but when the florist gave me a picture of their arrangement (flowers just stuck in a vase) for my budget, I quickly called Treshelle back. She was totally understanding. Her philosophy is to build life long relationship with her customer. After working with her for my wedding, now I know how she attracts people. She is a listener. She listens to what you want. She is brilliant. The lobby and store front is quite large with a bunch of knick knacks, but the duo behind the counter were super nice. I had explained the occasion of the flowers. They were kind enough to show me the florals they had available and after I selected them they whipped it up into a wonderful display. Their attention to detail was nice as they made it a front facing bouquet since they were going to be displayed in a hotel room. Upon checkout they even created a make shift holder so they would travel easy! The flowers are still in full bloom a few days later and they were a hit with the recipient.
