Randy Rosales & Christopher J Fotinos, DDS - Amazing Fun and Friendly Staff

Since a traumatic incident that happened to me as a child, I've always been extremely…read moreself-conscious and terrified to enter any Dentist office. Walking and interacting with Mr Rosales and all his amazing staff was truly an amazing experience. I've never felt so comfortable and impressed by professionalism in an environment like this before. They truly changed my mind when it comes to oral care and it generally feels like they're always looking out for me and see me as an individual and not just a random nameless patient Please I really insist anyone who's had a tough time with other Dentist in the past to please give them a shot. I guaranteed they are so worth it and this is coming from a person who usually does not do yup reviews, but they generally have helped me so much.

Short version? This is the dentist office you have been looking for. They are welcoming, treat you…read morelike family, and the cleanings/procedures are pain free. They tell you everything before you pay for services. No pressure. Long version? I think it's really hard to find a dentist that you genuinly like or love. I had been searching for a dentist closer to home as I had previously commuted to Diamond Bar and Fullerton. Both places, my cleanings would be a "feels like forever" uncomfortable process- my body tense and just holding my breath during sensitive sections. After reading all the reviews, I decided to try this office out. As soon as I walked in, I am greeted by name, not "what's your name?" The person who walked me into the room made me feel comfortable as I told her about all my anxiety about the dentist. At this point, I hadn't seen the dentist in a year and was overdue on cleanings. After baseline xrays and photos were taken, Dr. Rosales explained everything thoroughly. He explained the xrays and what he saw and explained why I had sensitivity issues not just that its a common thing to have snesitivities to hot/cold. Dr. Rosales also explained the plan moving forward and what he thought would be best to get on track. Before any treatment were rendured, I was explained the cost and wasn't pressured into anything I didn't feel comfortable doing. Even when I told Dr. that I was told I was due for a deep cleaning, he said he would check xrays to ensure that was needed. The deep cleaning could wait. (Yess!!) Fast forward to my cleaning appt. I'm a hot mess, anxious, but the team ensured I would be fine. The dental hygenist (amy?) was so chill and made me feel more at ease. It wasn't the typical "sit here, open your mouth"... we talked and she distracted me. She placed numbing medication all around my gums and I didn't feel anything. I got so emotional. The first time ever in my life, I wasn't holding my breath, gripping my hands, or sweating during a teeth cleaning. This right here, has changed everything. This is the dentist for life. They make you feel so welcomed, like family, not just another person/chart to have cleaning or procedures. You can tell, they all love what they do, and really care for you as a person... thank you soooo much. I have already told 2 or 3 people about this place!!

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Seini. From the moment I walked in, she was kind, patient,…read moreand incredibly thorough. She took the time to carefully evaluate my tooth, review my imaging, and explain exactly what was going on in a way that actually made sense. What really stood out to me was her honesty and conservative approach--rather than automatically recommending a root canal, she walked me through all of my options and ultimately avoided a root canal altogether, which I truly appreciated. It's rare to find a dentist who prioritizes what's best for the patient instead of jumping to the most aggressive treatment, and Dr. Seini clearly does. She made me feel completely comfortable, never rushed the appointment, and answered all of my questions thoughtfully. I left feeling confident, relieved, and genuinely grateful for her expertise and integrity. If you're looking for a dentist you can trust, who takes the time to do things right, I highly recommend Dr. Seini.

This is a very busy dental office…read more I found them thru yelp, and went in as a cash patient. The cleaning was $99 but they charge you for x-rays / full exam, even though you only come in for a cleaning. I guess they require it for new patients. It was an ok cleaning I guess with a few mishaps. - The tech did not suction the water (that is flowing behind the cleaning tool), so I upchucked water on myself 2x. They didn't have papertowels nearby to clean up so I had to wait for them to get me some. - When I got home over the next several days, my floss still got stuck in my teeth. So I searched for another place to get a cleaning about 1 month later. - I think the tech is supposed to floss as part of last steps to make sure they got everything out There were some issues raised to suggest I needed to get replacements such as on my crown (that crowns only last 10-15 yrs or something) and costs $950. - I had to go get a 2nd opinion about it. The 2nd doctor said it was not necessary at this time. But the good news is, the visit inspired me to get dental insurance due to the possible need for a crown replacement in the future. So it was a good warning to do preventative care in the future.

I have been going to Orange Village Dental for about three years, mostly for routine cleanings and…read moreannual checkups. The dentist was always kind, professional, and attentive, and I never had any issues during those visits. On my most recent visit, a filling had come off and I was told I needed a root canal and crown. The estimate was very high, so I decided to seek a second opinion in Tijuana. There, the dentist was able to treat the tooth with a regular filling and advised that a root canal and crown were not necessary. As a result, I was able to save the tooth and save a significant amount of money. I saved approximately $1,500 compared to the original estimate and about $7,300 without insurance. I am glad I sought a second opinion before proceeding.

She explained my finances and benefits with my insurance so well cause let's be honest who REALLY knows about deductibles and co-insurances, not me. Jodie did my cleaning and she was so thorough. There was one point during the cleaning where she was so persistent on one of my tooth cause a little bit of the tarter wasn't coming off and she was so adamant on taking it off, which she did. I knew I was a difficult patient lol. She made sure I came out of there with my teeth sparkling. Dr Henry is AMAZING. He explained everything so well and made sure I was comfortable and pain free throughout the entire process of the many teeth work I had done. I felt bad when my gums weren't cooperating (they were bleeding a lot ) during my crowns, saying it again, I'm a difficult patient. He had to do extra steps to make sure my crowns fit properly and he explained those steps so well since I wasn't too familiar with them. I would definitely recommend this office to family and friends. I've lived in Orange for about 5 years now and I'm happy to say I've found my dental office!!
