I am not certain how long this spot -- which is more restaurant than taco spot -- has been in business. From other review sites, it looks like it's been years and has a following.
Hands down, the shrimp tacos is my favorite item on the menu. This spot is slightly more pricey that other spots in the area, but I would come back just for the ambiance, family feel, the overall freshness and the shrimp taco. Excellent, lightly peppered flavor that melds well with the queso. You can get the taco with or without queso, and I strongly recommend you add it if able.
The team is very cordial and helpful if you need support with the menu, which is common taco and dish fare: shrimp and fish tacos, seafood cocktails, ceviche, soups, frescas and more. It also appears that the family that owns the spot does the boat fishing for the seafood served.
The restaurant is more spacious than others, and great for groups. I plan to return. read more
