After another 5 minutes (15 mins wait), we decided to leave since there was clearly a lot of tables and didn't want our business. Heading now to Bag O Crab. This place lost my business for good.

We put our name on the list and had to wait 10 mins to get seated. We didn't mind since they seem to have more staff to handle the crowd. We got seated and within a minute or so, our waitress came over to greet and take our order. We got the combo 3 with Dungeoness crab seasoned with garlic butter medium. Added 2 garlic noodles and 2 side of rice. Overall, I got my crab fix and my wife had her shrimp fix. Our waitress Soledad was great. Very friendly and attentive. She also assumed I would finish the entire bag myself, when I explained we share one, and would have to charge us extra for a new bag or small side portion for my friend but it was not our mistake. What disappointed me most was the lack of service recovery. There was no apology, no effort to investigate, and no attempt to accommodate the situation. Mistakes happen, but good customer service is about how they're handled. Unfortunately, I left feeling dismissed rather than helped.
