Tried to celebrate my best friends birthday here but the food was decent and the service was even worse. We saw our waitress what felt like every 30mins. She wasn't attentive in the least bit possible and when she finally came to our table it was with a terrible attitude. She spoke Spanish only which I don't mind but snapped at me in a condescending way when I asked nicely to repeat herself because I didn't understand what she was asking me. Bad service I asked the girl as I placed the order if my shrimp was fully cooked for a tostada, she replied yes I told her I don't like it raw, she said it's cooked. Well when I got my order it was raw and they did not want to take it back so I had to pay for something I don't like. She asked the manager and very rude she said that how they come can't take them back. Beside on my other order she forgot about tortillas and not once did she come around asking if we needed more drinks. I will blame the place for being SUPER LOUD you can't even communicate. Came in with a party of six, was seated pretty quickly. Although took more than ten minutes just to get some water and another twenty just to get our order taken. Not to mention, all food was coming out separately. Waiter wrote down our order and forgot one of our plates and came out thirty minutes after everyone finished eating. To top it off the customer service was ridiculously terrible. Had to ask another waiter to hand us our check since we waited forever. Great place from the piña-colada, seafood, and banda. Our male server was great i had read reviews before but honestly if your not trying to flag anyone down don't complain. These waiters are busy running around and i had no complaints everything was great! Except for the no dancing sign on the wall but i get it they are so busy running around you better dance in your seat. Would come back here without a doubt everything was great. Food was a 3 out 5 and the customer service was BARLEY half a start. Food was brought out 10-20minutes apart from each dish (we had a party of 6) tried ordering more drinks our waiter never came only to drop food off and dashed right out of there before we could even ask for anything else. When drinks did come I got the wrong drink. Also for got one of our dishes which we had to remind the waiter who had a stank ass attitude which took another 20 minutes and everyone had finished all their food. Really disappointed my family and I have ate here a few times before and the food is usually pretty good, but today we had a very unpleasant experience we ordered a molcajete cielo, mar, y Tierra to go and the salsa smelled and tasted spoiled and so did the salsa they give with the chips. We called to let them know and I mainly did it so they wouldn't sell it to someone else like that the lady on the phone was kind enough to offer to make us a new one but honestly I wasn't comfortable eating that again. So my husband took the food back and when he got there he said the lady at the front got a little defensive asking how long it had been since he purchased the food and he kindly gave her the receipt and told her it hadn't even been an hour. She took the food to the back and when she came back she was very apologetic. It's sad that they try and get a little loud with customers before listening to the customer and checking the food this is I think the first time we've taken food back but definitely not the first time this has happened to us. But bottom line is that we don't get the food free so if there is something wrong with it I feel we should speak up also so other customers don't experience the same thing. read more

Service here is not good at all, waitresses do not look very happy to be working there l, the wait time for your food can be long , unless our waitress just forgot about our plate , I ordered the camaronez empanizados and they were pretty large and they were good they didint have to much breading on them .
