Fresh delicious seafood can be found near the truck entrance to the industrial area exactly where Google maps leads you with this address! Prices are very reasonable and the seafood is good. I had a tostada with fish and one with shrimp. My friend had the fish tacos. They gave us a nice seafood soup as a sort of amuse bouche - it was very good! Even on a hot afternoon! Our orders only took about 5 minutes and then we went and ate in our car. They do have a couple of lawn chairs on the grass where you can sit and eat but they don't really have tables so I can see it being a little messy to eat just in a chair. The ladies working in this food truck were sweet and spoke with English and Spanish. My coworkers were trying to find the truck and got lost - they missed out and went to a mediocre restaurant 10 minutes away. My coworker and I enjoyed our fresh seafood and there are other things I'd like to try when I am next in the area. Note that parking is either in front of or behind the food truck - and there's not a lot of space in either direction.

I ordered 2 aguachiles, a campechana & 3 sodas and I paid $60.10 The aguachiles were 70%onion about 6 shrimps, the cup wasn't filled all the way!! I asked for tostadas and crackers the lady said they're in the bag but we only got one tostada per order, and to top it off they were broken!! The aguachiles tasted good but you don't even get enough for the one tostada they give you, definitely not worth what you're paying.

The food tasted fresh and homemade. Salsas are really good here and the caldo de pescado was also delicious.

Great food!! Tacos de Birria are delicious. This is my second time here and I can say it's been one of the best food truck near my work.

I was kind of sceptical and eating here because it's in the middle of nowhere and it's a good truck, but WOW! The food was soooooo delicious. We ordered a couple of carne asada burritos and two lengua tacos, mmmmmmmmm. It was so yummy! Oh and the customer service was amazing too! I don't speak any Spanish and the lady who helped me was so kind and sweet. I will definitely go back when I'm in the area.

Awesome selection of seafood and treats.

Delicious seafood, there's a ton of variety to choose from and there surf and turf tacos are to die for! Highly recommended

Big ol' surf and turf burrito.

After spending $8.10 on a surf and turf burrito I was almost certain I had been duped and overpaid, however I couldn't have been further from the truth. From that first bite of shrimp I was sold. It looked as if it had literally exploded from a fiery blast of flavor and it flawlessly blended with Carne to form the best surf and turf I have ever eaten. As if that wasn't enough the ladies working here are very sweet and hardworking, tip them well if you come eat here!

Super dark and I mean dark, it'll take a minute for your eyes to adjust. Tapas style menu, we were a party of 4 and ordered: Squash blossom Relleno - it's the flower part of a squash plant and stuffed with mushroom duxelles which resembles a meat mixture with squash succotash. Outside is a corn tempura with a tomato base sauce. Pulpo-grilled octopus, one of the best texture and perfectly grilled skin with a chewy yet soft interior. The sauce has a slight kick and crunch from the corn nuts. Crab corn doughnut- this is their specialty and we were about to skip out but glad we didn't. The brioche bun had a donut batter with lumps of crab salad and corn mixture on top. El Festin- perfect for our party of 4 because it was a platter full of 4 Cheese quesadilla, 4 shrimp, 4 chicken slices, 1 jalapeño bacon wrap, ribeye. Flan-we should have each ordered one ourselves! Great flavors and texture, the top had ancient chocolate soil and had crispy corn nuts. Different but yummy. Overall, delicious food that came out so quick, great ambiance, we celebrated our birthdays and were each gifted candles with our names on the label. Truly amazing from beginning to end. Street parking only. The spots on the same block are metered but if you drive down to the second street towards residential, it's free.

Did as suggested, used an Uber to get there, didn't see any parking within close proximity as it is connected to the Lafayette Hotel and Club. Beautiful entry way, eyes definitely need to adjust to the darkness, lit candles everywhere; very church-like. The stained glass is beautiful. Tableware, tables, chairs somewhat Gothic. It did smell like candlewax, a bit overwhelming. Being able to see the open kitchen, was hoping to smell amazing dishes being prepared instead. I went by the reviews I read earlier, so we chose the Pulpo, perfect to share. Charred perfectly, tender on the inside on a spread of molè and bits of corn nuts, fabulous! Great presentation! Also tried the lentil spread, filling and plenty to share once again, tangy and spicy; our favorite appetizer. For a dish we shared the Chamoy bbq ribs, fell right off the bone; a tad salty. Corn ribs were tasty, wish they were fresh, a tad mushy and too salty. The pineapple Pico was just okay. We also ordered a passion fruit margarita and a Motomami, both were wonderful! Service was great, we were checked on often but then again it was a Thursday early evening and not busy yet. I would like to visit again and try other suggested dishes, when in town.

We opted to get the paella for 2 which takes a little extra time to prepare but was well worth the wait. It was so flavorful with all the seafood being a nice touch of salt. It was a little spicy but the cream sauce balanced it well. The rice was fluffy but crispy on the bottom. It could've fed 4 people probably. We got a complimentary slice of strawberry tres leches and it was the perfect ending to our meal. So incredibly light and not too sweet. We left right away to pick up the food and sure enough it was ready waiting for our arrival. One quick drive back home to dig in and the aroma was so enticing. California Burritos is very apt for their name, my bf rates it a 10/10. As a California Burrito connoisseur, he liked the addition of sour cream in it and said the flavors were delicious. He topped it with their green salsa for a little bit of a freshness to cut through the richness and fattiness of the meat and fries in the burrito. He didn't care for the fish taco that much and rated it a 4/10 but said the restaurant overall was a 10/10, as he thought there was too much lettuce and tomato throwing off the ratio of the taco. I, on the other hand, am a huge fan of veggies and liked the ample amount they provided. ---- There's a couple benches outside in front of the shop and seating at booth tables inside as well. It's a bit smaller to sit inside, I recommend sitting outside to enjoy the fresh air and the sunset is beautiful. ---- Overall: if you're in the mood for California Burritos come to the place rightly named California Burritos!
