The pickled red onion slaw topping just sets it all off in a very particular kind of way. My son and I ordered 8 fish and 1 marlin... I wanted to come back the next day and do it again. It was the kind of experience where you want to go as much as possible before it gets too popular and they have to raise their prices. Three bucks American for a fish taco that beats pretty much every other spot I've been to that's charging five bucks and some change. Doña taking orders was made me feel welcomed and appreciated. My Spanish is mas o menos at best, so it can be a little intimidating placing an order. She was patient with me and let me practice my español and even complemented my efforts. I will definitely be back soon.

I definitely want to try the garlic shrimp taco next time. I loved the freshness and acidity of the aguachile. Perfect for the summer weather. Definitely worth checking out. This year's choices were a grilled chicken sandwich, grilled cheese meatball sandwich, veggie burger, or Captain America burger. All came with fries or tots and a canned soda. The line went quickly and the guys working were fun and interacted with us. We had about 80 people and everyone loved it. I had the grilled cheese meatball sandwich and couldn't finish it because it was huge. It was so good! And the tots were perfect. I know we plan on using them again next year if they're available. Hope they are!

It used to be good, not anymore. None of the staff was wearing a mask. The area where the salsas are was nasty. I guess nobody cares about maintaining the area clean anymore. The cashier has has attitude and finally the food was not even ok. wont be going back to this food truck! read more

Best fish tacos. Their complementary soup is also perfect for the cold weather. It's a seafood soup with shrimps. They also have amazing salsa and give plenty of limes and red onions for your meal. What more do you need? Highly recommend trying this place. read more

She took my order, you pay right after and they do accept tap to pay which I love because I don't carry cash. They take your name and call you when it's ready. I got mine to go, waited about 10 minutes, and everything came out pretty quick. They packaged everything really well too which I appreciated because aguachile can easily spill. For the tostada they gave two packs of saltines and three tostadas which felt like a good portion. They also had fresh salsas at the truck but I skipped them since my taco already came with sauce. The fish taco was a good size with a lot of cabbage and a white sauce, but the fish was a little too soft. I wish it had more crisp and overall the flavors just weren't memorable. It's about $3.70 so fair, just nothing standout. The aguachile verde was the weakest part. Some shrimp textures were off and a few had a strange aftertaste. I've had a lot of aguachile recently and this was probably the lowest quality. I will say they were generous with the avocado and the sauce itself had a nice spicy kick, it just didn't come together overall. There was also an earthy note from the seeds that was very prominent which I have never experienced in aguach For the price, I paid around $20 with tip for both which isn't bad for the portions. It satisfied the craving in the moment but not somewhere I'd go out of my way to come back to.
