But, the birria meat and consume were really good. And, you get a lot of meat in a quesadilla. It's big enough for 2 people. Al pastor was good too. Still need to try the carne asada. They charge 2% fee for credit cards so bring cash unless you ordered online. No parking except street parking which can suck around dinner time as they get busy. They also have few seats inside so you see people order ahead (online or phone) and double park to pick up. And, it's best if you speak some Spanish to communicate. And lucky for this taco enthusiast, I am able to be the beneficiary of said recipe while supporting the family. Every order comes with a complimentary small fried bean taco, and the beans are a recipe from Barajas' grandmother, who died earlier this year. Ordering was super easy with the people being super kind and helpful. There's also some seating available set up on the corner of the lot where the truck is located. Of course, I had to order some of the birria tacos. I got a couple of the tacos which came with a side of consome, the small fried bean taco, and a couple of salsas and the other accoutrements/ toppings. As expected these tacos and everything that came with them was delicious. Big fan of this place.
