As usual, it did not disappoint! Since I don't normally make my way to this side of town unless I'm working, I've been making a point to explore restaurants near work. I ordered the Birria Ramen online, and pickup was super easy. My order was ready promptly and ahead of schedule. The staff was friendly and even gave me a helpful tip: ordering over the phone is actually cheaper than ordering online. Definitely good to know for next time! I brought my ramen back to work and enjoyed it there. They also offered chips, which ended up being the perfect addition. I used them to scoop up the birria and consommé first, then went back to the ramen. The 16 oz serving was generous enough that I even had leftovers for lunch the next day. Ordering was super easy with the people being super kind and helpful. There's also some seating available set up on the corner of the lot where the truck is located.
