This is my second time using them for services and each time had been pleasant and easy. I got tables, chairs, and a porta potty for an event and the prices were great compared to other places I got quotes from. I also was able to secure table clothes and possibly a piñata. Isabel was helpful and patient and spoke good English. Definitely recommend. read more

Horrible experience. Extremely unprofessional. The quality if their work is mediocre. And the service is terrible. They dropped off a jumper and claimed they never used sand bags to hold it down when I asked where they were. It's extremely UNSAFE to set up a jumper without sandbags. I basically had to beg them to come back and install them and they agreed with the worst attitude. Then once they left I noticed the was a tear on the jumper. It was releasing air, so I called the owner and she said it was OK to use that way. Absolutely not!! . I requested them to come back and fix it and again they did it with the rudest attitude. Over all try to avoid renting with them, they're not trust worthy and are unprofessional. read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!! The balloons won't last and the manger's won't help. Picture was took 2 hours after delivery. I called them on the 19th of December to ask if I brought my own personal balloons, would they be able to fill them with helium? Of course she say, just bring them in a day or 2 before the event (Event date December 21). I go in on December 20th with a total number of 75 balloons because the owners wife told me to leave an extra 10 in case some popped. I paid $65 for the 65 balloons and an additional $25 for a delivery for that only 5 min away. I received a call on the same day I dropped the balloons off saying they were outside with the balloons I questioned them on why is it there and the event isn't until tomorrow... The delivery guys basically told me to talk to the manager, which I texted to inform her of all that I told him... Next morning I went back in to the store because she stopped answering my text and they basically did nothing but CALLED THE POLICE ON ME!! My mother passed away 3 years ago and the ballon was for a ballon release party In honor of her passing/ birthday NOW me and my family is without ballon's to celebrate her on this day DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! I PRAY THIS BUSINESS IS SHUT DOWN SOON! read more

If I could give them one star I would. I have rented from them because I try to rent within my community . I prepaid a month in advance for a jumper to be delivered at 1 PM. The jumper arrived at 440. Dirty with children shoes and vomit in it, they refused to clean the jumper. My sister had to get in the jumper to clean it and then they took a pic to send it to the manager ! When they arrived their cash app wasn't working for my balloons and he threatened to take the balloons and jumper back. He unplugged it and rolled it back up. EVEN THOUGH I PAID FOR THE JUMPER A MONTH AGO. When I spoke to the person who rented the jumper out she said " you people typically don't like to pay"..... the balloons could've been a courtesy considering the jumper was dropped off HOURS LATE AND FILTHY ! read more

I had went to get balloons inflated and the lady said they didn't accept cash so I went to the bank to get a $20 bill ,came back and the lady didn't want to accept the bill because it had a small tear on the corner and "won't be able to deposit" to her bank since "the atm won't take it" and how she " can't even go use the bathroom " because she has a lot of stuff she has to do.... How is that my problem??? Such a dumb excuse read more

I recently visited a party supply store called Marisabels Party Supplies and was blown away by their amazing service. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and helpful, offering suggestions and answering all of my questions. They had a wide variety of party supplies, from balloons to decorations to tableware, and everything was well-organized and easy to find. I was particularly impressed by their selection of unique and creative items that I hadn't seen at other party stores. The staff went above and beyond to help me find everything I needed, and even offered to help me carry my purchases to my car. Overall, my experience at Marisabels Party Supplies was fantastic, and I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a great selection of party supplies and excellent customer service. Thank you again! Just a PS for future customer Please be kind to them they are amazing people and can provide amazing service if given the opportunity. We look forward to working with them again in the near future. read more

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE. I wish I would've read the reviews before paying for 150$ jumper. They didn't even wash it. It was supposed to be there at 11am but they got there at 12:30 The next day the guy called me at 11 asking me if I can turn it off because he was 10 minutes away. I asked him if he could pick it up at 12:30 since he dropped it off at that time. His response was "that is none of my business call the shop" Extremely rude. I called the lady (owner) her attitude was the total opposite from the day I rented and paid for the jumper. I explained to her that I felt it was only fair that the jumper was picked up at the time it was dropped off. She was hella rude told me NO because it was already rented I told her that I had rented it at 11 and it got there at 12:30. She basically told me to suck it up and that no was NO. read more

IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS I WOULD! DO NOT TRUST THIS PALCE! This place is so unprofessional.I rented a jumper for 7/4 with a delivery time of 11:30 am no one called or showed until 3:30 pm then the jumper wouldn't inflate( because they didn't bring the proper blower so I tried calling which I had been doing since 12pm(when no one showed)so I had to jump in my car try and make it back to the place by 4! THEY RUINED OUR DAY! Bottom line is the jumper was a BUST! THE KIDS DIDNT GET TO JUMP! I wanted my 65 dollars back ! I went today on 7/5 explain the situation to I guess the owner she said when I get my jumper back(which they did) I'll give yours money back needless to say that didn't happen! I will be taking this to court! Over the principle! I paid in advance and I've NEVER DONE THAT BEFORE WHICH SHOULD'VE BEEN A SIGN! DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE read more

I have gotten into it with them 1st time I rented from them I went off and cursed them out on the phone , my balloon order was all wrong and they delivered it to me (which they dont do) and because the lack of their customer service they had decided they would take everything back tables and chairs and wrong balloons and refund me my money , when I got there... I said nope. I was pissed & livit, I said no ..bring my money to me. just like I went over there. they told the delivery guys call the cops , I said idc call, but don't walk into my property until my refund is given simple as that. Well after 15mins of arguing they decided to leave their tables and chairs there, they took there balloons back. and I went to pick up my original balloons . for my baby shower (this was 5years ago , that is) & you where able to get like 30 balloons for $5. well I gave them another try (Yes , crazy right) , and Since then I have become a regular and they know who I am.. they are nice on a personal level, I get good deals Because I have 2-3 big parties a year. they charge if you live further Than there mile radius for delivery , you must have ID. when they drop off. they always drop off my stuff on a Friday and early Sunday pick up. the balloons have gone up, I believe a dz for $6 still good price if you compare .50 a piece, I believe its the same price elsewhere, but The Piñatas are very, very affordable. if you dont want to take the drive to central &7th(DTLA). these Sisters own the party place, and whether they give you attitude or not , care or not, dont have customer service they dont care much to argue with you, they rather not deal with your bull shit and give you your money back! their store is still open for business and they are still making $$ . So a handful of customers who don't like them/ or shop there . they still have a business to RUN. this is True. (I was once, one of them Lol). so good Luck!! read more

Needed a Tom and Jerry piñata and they told me "unfortunately they don't have one, but if I printed off 2 pictures of it they would be able to put it on a piñata." Super helpful since I already called 6 other places and they told me it would take 2 weeks. Brought the pictures and they did it right then and there. I love the piñata, it's so cute. They asked if I wanted to add anything to it and I didn't want to cause it was perfect in my eyes. I definitely be coming back for future birthday party needs. read more

I would never advise anyone to shop at this store. The owner agreed to blow up balloons I brought and the popped two. I handed her another two, of my own, to blow up she refused. Would give zero stars if I could. Don't waste your money, terrible customer service and time management. Horrible company. Horrible service.

I decided to rent from this place because it was the cheapest quote I got and it was close to my house, which I would later come to find was a great mistake. I really should have paid attention to some of the early red flags but I can be incredibly naive at times. Some of the red flags were that the owner was pretty unresponsive and forgot what I had requested, so I had to remind her who I was and what I was looking to rent. I was worried that the rentals might not even be dropped off because she said they would bring them the night before, but they didn't show up until the afternoon on the day of the party. I didn't call or text her because I already knew how unresponsive she was. So, I decided to wait to the day of the party. The items were brought by two young men, both very nice and both very hard working. Kudos to them. When I start setting up the tables and chairs, right away I see why I paid the cheapest price. One of the tables had a crack on the corner, with sharp edges, so I put tape over it to try and prevent a child from hurting themselves. The other table still had tape and plastic table covers from the last 4 parties they were used at. The chairs were ok, but some were rusty and some had seats that sunk very uncomfortably. All items definitely needed to be cleaned. The jumper I rented looked ok at first glance, but this is where the problem really is. Around 5:30, just as the party is really getting started, I notice the jumper deflating. So I quickly yell to the kids to get out! My first step was to make sure nothing was disrupting the air flow, and nothing was. One of the kids mentioned there was a patch inside and that maybe it became loose, so we checked and it looked to be on there securely. After neither of those things seemed to be the issue, I called the owner. She quickly answered and when I began to share my issue with her, she quipped, "well why are you telling me this now? It's 5:30, do you think I live at the store?" I said that the issue just arose, how could I possibly have anticipated that the jumper would stop working? The phone call was very brief because she was very rude and short with me, finally saying that we could take care of it tomorrow. Not offering any advice on what to do or even bothering to ask what exactly happened with the jumper, nothing!!! Which indicates to me that maybe this wasn't the first time this has happened. She was acting as if I didn't need the jumper today! I was very upset, but I don't really like confrontation, so I hung up and fumed about it with my party guests who were upset along with me. When the gentlemen came back to pick up the items, at 7:30 AM! When they had originally said they would pick them up at noon, I asked if the owner had mentioned the issue I had yesterday, both said no. I explained to them what happened and both suggested I go to the storefront and speak to the owner in person. I don't want to do that, this owner has made it loud and clear to me that she does not care about offering even the most basic of customer service to her customers, and I'm not going to subject myself to more disrespectful treatment by her. If she had any desire to make it right, she would have called me back that same night and maybe offered some suggestions for troubleshooting or she would have immediately offered to refund my money, which I had to pay upon delivery. She also could have at least mentioned it to the two gentlemen so that they would not be surprised by my complaint. What I do want is that my experience with this lady will serve as a forewarning to those of you who may also want to rent from her because her prices are the cheapest. As the adage says: you get what you pay for. I have totally taken this lesson to heart, and thought this was only my first time renting from her, I will never be doing it again. read more

TERRIBLE customer service. The communication was awful. I ordered the chairs and tables a week before and they were aware of the time we needed them. When called the lady at the store was rushing people at the office off of the phone and threatened to not let us have the tables and chairs after they were paid for.
