I submitted my taxes in September and had them done three weeks later in October. So I told my new wife they were awesome and saved me a lot of money and were even willing to have our back in the event of an audit. So we switched from her accountant to Mark. I felt like the man! Then came the embarrassing and emasculating events of last summer. We bought a house in April, so we filed for extension. We gave our tax info to Mark in May with the expectation that we would have them done in July. No problem, he said, We'll have them done in June! We didn't hear back from him after multiple phone calls and emails until late July. Finally we received our taxes back but and I'm hoping they are correct. Maybe something happened with their health or a family emergency but, they never told us. All we got was radio silence. Given the state of disarray at their office I was really concerned that they lost our taxes entirely. If something is going on with them I sincerely wish them the best, but don't risk people's financial lives if you can't be healthy enough to manage it. Or at least communicate the fact that something is up. I'm really happy with our new CPA. Best of luck to you Mark.

Pushpa was wonderful to work with throughout the process. She was very responsive to our questions, took the time to explain things clearly, and walked us through the filing step by step. At the end, she went through the calculations with us and explained how everything was derived, which we really appreciated. It gave us a much better understanding and confidence in the final filing. The total fees were also reasonable compared to estimates we received from many other Yelp listings. We also really appreciated the online filing portal and the templates provided for reporting and data gathering. It made the process much easier to organize everything and provide the information in a systematic way. Overall, we had a great experience working with Pushpa and really appreciated her patience, attention to detail, and guidance through what would otherwise have been a fairly complicated filing (for us). Highly recommend!

After giving them my business, waiting two weeks, I was told that they could not. Also, afterwards I was told you could no longer get returns from taxes more than three years old. Every tax firm in the city of Billings told me this except for the ones doing my taxes. I had to call them and tell them. Alla very well knew this rule but did not tell me and allowed me to believe I was getting it all back. When confronted he is just like a con man talking circles trying to avoid and blame. I also requested that advanced child tax credit payments from 2021 be requested as mine were stolen. He requested a stimulus payment in the amount of $2700 , not three $400 child tax credit check payments. I would get a return of $4000. After everything I ended up paying $600 to file the returns with a promise of getting 4000 back. Obviously, since the wrong thing was marked, the IRS changed the return and I got back $83. I did not get my missing child tax credit checks and Alla tried to talk his way out of it. Even went as far as to tell me I told him to . He dod nothing wrong! Why the hell would I tell anyone to do my taxes wrong? I know the difference between a stimulus payment and an advanced child tax credit payment And my tax related should too. The latest update being I tried to make some changes to my small business taxes and the IRS responded by telling me that my business was not registered properly (it was missing the correct form to register as an S corp (Eric's recommendation in the first place). Additionally, the IRS forms require a wet signature which Eric never requested from me, so even the forms that were filled out (1120S) were not valid. "...the IRS confirmed that neither 2020 or 2021 are reflected as 1120s, this means ... the IRS has no filings for the LLC." It was already expensive when I paid Eric to file it initially, now I have to pay a new professional to fix it. Lots of money spent and major anxiety and panic that I would have loved to avoid. I could have saved myself thousands if I had done additional research and gotten a personal recommendation. I would never recommend Eric to anyone.
