I am so impressed with Jessica and Abella Tax Services! One of my friends recommended Jessica to…read moreme, when I was starting up my business and had all these tax questions. Before finding out about Jessica, I called up all these other tax agencies and spoke with people that didn't sound like they really knew what they were talking about and many times gave me conflicting information. When I spoke with Jessica, she was able to give me good answers to my questions that I was able to understand, and also gave me great suggestions for my business! I called her probably about 3 times during those first few weeks, and was worried she would get annoyed with my questions, but she never did and always seemeed happy to hear from me. She helped me out with my state taxes, which literally, took maybe 2 minutes to complete. Wow! Talk about fast in-and-out service. I was also really impressed with how neat and clean her office was, and how she could pull up answers to question in minutes either on her computer or in some manuals she had. That last tax professional I saw about 10 years ago, had paperwork splattered everywhere, and had clients constantly going in & out of a very tiny office, where everyone could hear your personal information. I was so horrified by that experience & the fact that person bungled up my taxes, that it took me 10 years to go see another tax professional. I feel so lucky that I finally found Jessica, who I am totally confident in her ability to do my taxes properly and that I will get the best deduction I can get with her help. She just recently helped me with my federal taxes and again, it was smooth sailing. I was in & out in about an hour (unbeatable!), her fees are very reasonable, and I would highly recommend her to any of my friends. Getting an appointment is quick and easy, and you can also reach her either by phone or email, whichever is your preferred method of communication.

I had filed with HR block for the prior 6 years but after starting a business in 2016, new I needed "a guy". I am happy to report that this is your guy! You can stop searching and take a sigh of relief. I flipped a home, had multiple W-2's, a rental and started an LLC Business in 2016, Jason helped me get all my taxes done, and is now helping me with my quarterly sales tax reporting for my small business. Jason was approachable and understood exactly what I was looking for. I inquired with 3 or 4 CPA's on Yelp, Jason was the fastest to get back to me and he earned my business because of it; while the other businesses waited till Monday to respond to me; they ended up with just my voicemail, Jason got back to me on a Saturday and now I am a happy client.

After giving them my business, waiting two weeks, I was told that they could not. Also, afterwards I was told you could no longer get returns from taxes more than three years old. Every tax firm in the city of Billings told me this except for the ones doing my taxes. I had to call them and tell them. Alla very well knew this rule but did not tell me and allowed me to believe I was getting it all back. When confronted he is just like a con man talking circles trying to avoid and blame. I also requested that advanced child tax credit payments from 2021 be requested as mine were stolen. He requested a stimulus payment in the amount of $2700 , not three $400 child tax credit check payments. I would get a return of $4000. After everything I ended up paying $600 to file the returns with a promise of getting 4000 back. Obviously, since the wrong thing was marked, the IRS changed the return and I got back $83. I did not get my missing child tax credit checks and Alla tried to talk his way out of it. Even went as far as to tell me I told him to . He dod nothing wrong! Why the hell would I tell anyone to do my taxes wrong? I know the difference between a stimulus payment and an advanced child tax credit payment And my tax related should too. Why would I tell them to mark the wrong thing so that I end up with nothing. I do not appreciate his dishonest worm like behavior and could've done without this whole experience. I demanded a refund as I would've never paid $600 to file taxes that I was not getting a return back on. These were old taxes I did not have to. He refused and offered $300 blaming me for their mistake..he did not make a mistake and refused to be realistic. most frustrating experience I've ever had with tax preparer,

When I switched to a consulting business, Jordie shared templates with me to get me set up with tracking my expenses properly so at year end, he would be able to easily review my documents. The year Rain City sold to Jain, I lost my mother, then my step mother and my mother in law. It was a very rough time in my life and I struggled to focus on taxes. James was the accountant assigned to me and he reached out one day to ask a question or something, I really dont remember the original reason he reached out, but once I explained to him I was struggling, he stuck with me and kept checking in to inquire on the status. It is not his job to babysit clients and encourage them to do their taxes, but that is exactly what James did. And for 3 years I had this constant stress hanging over me because I knew they needed to get done but I could not focus. A couple days before the Oct 15 deadline James reached out one last time to check in and some how we managed to get all 3 years done in time. He stayed late, he pushed me and that is exactly what I needed. I am very grateful and thankful for James and everything he did.
