I think she forgot to put our order in because she also forgot to give us bread ( butter was on the table when we arrived ). Anyway a horrible experience for my cousins birthday night out. I will call them today and if they make it right I may be back but if they don't I won't be back. It should not take over an hour for ravioli and chicken parm. I did give her 20% tip because I'm a good person even tho it wasn't warranted.
