In the past, I have tried buying my glasses at other places, but was not totally happy. Most recently, I bought regular glasses and sunglasses from Jacobs and Crabtree and was very happy. She even printed out photos of some possible frames from the Internet for me to consider. Her suggestions regarding lenses and coatings were right on. I couldn't be happier.

As soon as I registered my very first complaint, as a result of a bloody tongue every night since his care, he FIRED ME as a patient. He refuses to complete our plan of treatment, or to fix the harm he has done. I tried to appeal to him, but he was resolute in his being offended by my complaint. I am hoping he will make it right. I feel deeply insulted by his immediate and uncompromising responce to my complaint, which I have Never levied, upon ANY doctor, even after 28 surgeries following a car crash.

During this visit, he did not speak to me, or explain the process, or alert me of what he was doing before or during the procedure. i'm old... I've been to a lot of dentists through my years. This was probably the best dental…read moreexperience I've ever had. I've had previously had my teeth cleaned at their office by a dental hygienist, but this was the first time I had services from Dr. Fredrickson, himself. All of the staff are very friendly, which is a plus, of course, but I was so impressed with the whole tooth filling process. I hardly was seated in the waiting room before they called me in to start my work. Everything was painless, well timed, and done with precision. Dr. Fredrickson, and the dental assistant worked seamlessly together, so my appointment took hardly any time at all. And I'm totally impressed that even with it being a brand new filling, I can run my tongue over any of my teeth and not be able to find the one that was filled. There are no rough edges or excessive filling material or anything but a slick, good feeling tooth - and it feels perfect when I bite down or chew. I would certainly recommend their office and Dr. Fredrickson, to anyone looking to find a good dental group/program.

Dr Main retired around a year ago and I am not at all happy with the new dentist that bought the practice. He did a 3-D x-ray on my upper left rear molar and found an opening in the bone above the tooth. What he didn't tell me is that this was more than likely the Maxillary Sinus, a normal air filled space that sits just above the rear upper molar roots that sometimes protrude slightly into the sinus. It's a half-hour drive anyway so, I'm looking for a new dentist that's closer to home.
