Tim and George from A&T came to do a second estimate for relining my chimney flue for my gas-burning furnace and water heater. Tim was very professional and clearly knew what he was doing. He took the time to explain what he saw, and by straightening up the furnace and water heater vents as they connected to the flue, he got the furnace working again. He does not recommend relining the flue. It unfortunately feels so rare these days to find someone who does not recommend a major project that will cost thousands of dollars. Since this has happened management has done nothing to inform the other residents and they have yet to call the police themselves to review video footage. Yet when someone's tires were stolen an email was sent. Their lack of concern and their oh well attitude does not sit right with me. They only reached out to us because my husband sent them an email. Luckily it wasn't a person that was hurt, but it still takes away your sense of feeling safe. All we want is for them to inform the residents who live here. Why is that so hard? Management wanted to meet with us but we were unavailable the day they wanted to meet. My husband offered two other days that would work that have since passed.They never reached out. We have heard nothing else from them. Now at this point I want to speak to there manager not to the management staff that offers no help. 3 weeks tomorrow and still nothing.
