It's amazing what a good paint job can do! They transformed my basement in a day! The crews were early, they were thorough, they did a fantastic job and they left the basement cleaner than when they started. AND THEEEEENNNNN they hit the outside of the house with changing the colors on the doors, windows and shutters!! It's amazing and the whole house looks better. The only bad part is that this is something I've wanted to do for like 2 years and never got an estimate. I'm kicking myself that I didn't call these guys earlier, I legitimately thought they left stuff out when I got the original quote. "I think you forgot the basement walls in the quote, because if this is the price you can start today." We actually started two days later because that was the price! read more

Fantastic work. Had an apartment I needed to get painted. There was a quick turnaround window. This is the most stress free way to go about things. Here is where the really stood out: 1) Matching my Benjamin Moore color. It can be a huge pain to find matching colors between brands. Sami helped find a matching Sherwin Williams color that looked great. 2) Great job fixing some cracks. There were some cracks on the upper part of the wall. These were patched professionally and painted. 3) Spiral staircase - the apartment has a spiral staircase that looked worn. The attention to detail was great. Overall, CertaPro painted a 2 bed 1 bath apartment in one day. This let me focus on other parts of the apartment - like the hardwood floors. read more

We wanted to have the main floor and the upstairs painted, so I called CertaPro of Alexandria. The estimator came on time, was polite, knowledgeable and efficient. He gave us an estimate on the spot, for both the interior and the exterior. It came out to be much less than I expected! The best time to do the work was while part of the family was away on vacation, so that there would be fewer people in the house. We arranged to have all of the work done in the timeframe we had open, and when we got back - it was done just the way we wanted. Wow! Sami and team did an amazing job. I had moved to my new place on a Friday and had to go out of town the following week. I was so impressed with his professionalism, I went out of town and they did what they had to do in my absence. While I was gone, Sami and his team came in, did a perfect job and the place looked terrific upon my return. Sami's quote was perfectly calculated, and I knew exactly what might be the variability in the price depending on whether one particular color needed two coats. The entire process was very smooth. Maidelys came to our house the same day when I contacted her on Thumbtacks and she's very knowledgeable about what needs to be done. She also rest assured me that CertaPro will do a superb job painting the interior of my house and they did! Maidelys, Luis and his team took great care of our house and treated us like family.
