The individual agents seem ok, but their interface with underwriting is a confusing mess. By insuring assets in different states things got really messy for me. It took months to be refunded from the jet ski cancellation, and weeks for a second vehicle cancellation in WA. Then because I insured my truck in Idaho underwriting cancelled my motorcycle in Anacortes!!! What a terrible company. I'll NEVER deal with State Farm again. Maybe the others are as bad but they cannot be worse! Sorry Heather Ladd, you may be great but the corporation you represent is the worst insurance experience of my life. AND I'm the poster child good customer you WANT. Getting quotes on truck for Idaho and I should be State Farm free soon.

Having dealt with the Heather Ladd agency for the past two or three years we are completely won over! We have our home, vehicles and RV insured thru them. Every interaction with them has been very easy and problem-free. Questions are answered promptly and even more important, accurately. They are very responsive to their client's needs, which unfortunately, is not always the case in the insurance industry. Most often, we speak with Kelly. Mostly because we find her to be very knowledgeable, understanding and efficient.
