Maryanne Olson is a rare find. She knows everything there is to know about insurance, true; but…read morewhat she offers is so much more. She instills confidence. I always feel like she is in my corner, and it's like having an insider advocating for you. This kind of service is why I have stuck with State Farm for well over a decade. It was founded on the principle of genuine, neighborly concern. And because Maryanne knows the industry backward and forward, it's incredibly reassuring because the industry is notoriously convoluted (the materials the company gives you to read are shockingly dense with legal jargon), and let's face it, it's a bit scary. Will I be covered if something happens? Will my life be upended? Bring your worries to Maryanne, and she will give you honest options that reassure you beyond the formulaic answers you might get from other insurance industry experts. Even when I moved away, Maryanne was there for me. Her work ethic is second to none, and her value is irrefutable. I can't say enough about how grateful I am to her.

I've had insurance with Joe Treat State Farm for about 5-6 years, and have always been very happy…read morewith them. I got a great rate when I switched to them, and any time I've needed to make any changes, they always jump right on it, and help me cheerfully. If I have to make my payment late, they are really accommodating then too. Emma is amazing, and super helpful and easy to work with. Diamond has been doing a lot of the more clerical things on my account for the past couple of years, and she is also very sweet and easy to work with. I brought my boyfriend in last summer to switch his insurance, and he was positively amazed by the better insurance he got with State Farm than what he'd had for years with his former carrier. I've only ever personally had any negative experiences with one employee at Joe Treat, and it was a couple of years ago. I have not dealt with her again, and I don't think she is still working there. If she is, they have stuck to their word about not making me work with her again. I used to be friendly with a former employee who had a lot of nightmare "behind the scenes" experiences with another current rep. My experiences with that rep have always been positive, but the things I heard were pretty bad, so I am always wary of that when I do deal with her. Adding everything up, I highly recommend Joe Treat's State Farm. In particular, I recommend Emma as your agent. I don't know if Diamond is an agent, but if she is, I would recommend her too. They are both lovely and do/provide everything you could hope for from an insurance agent.

I had just about given up hope and considered sticking with our old coverage until I received a quote from Tim Slesk's office. When I called back, a lady by the name of Amber and she was PHENOMENAL. I spent about an hour on the phone with her going over different options. It was like I had been a customer for years and I knew her personally. We were laughing, empathizing, and problem solving together. She wasn't just throwing a plan at me and telling me that I was stuck with it. She found us the perfect fit, and we even got life insurance coverage! All of it still less than what we were paying, with better coverage all around and added security for our big family! We walked away relieved, confident, and assured. Thank you guys for a wonderful experience!
