She was wrong about things along the way too but never took responsibility for anything. Instead, takes the time to go back through emails to point out something you said/typed at some point. Again, that's not helpful to anyone! She is very lucky to have Derek Lui in her office! Derek truly saves the day. He is nice, polite, helpful, willing every time you deal with him. I would not recommend Terri at all, to anyone. There are so many other Financial Services places around, shop around and find someone else to help you.

Paycheck distributions do not work if you get government checks, military retirement or social security. They just do not care.
