It was easy to set up an intake appointment with one of their tax preparers, Michelle. I dropped off my tax documents with Michelle. She emailed me with a couple of questions before finishing up my return. I swung by the office and signed a couple of documents to authorize them to file taxes on my behalf, and that's it! Painless! Because Michelle was able to give me a great discount, I paid significantly less than I paid H&R least year. I only interacted with McKenzie and Michelle, but they are both friendly yet professional.
