This has resulted in an inability to reach people in a timely fashion, my calls being dropped, and my customer service emails have gone unanswered. The surrender charges for moving my accounts are pretty hefty. I was told by my local office that moving my accounts was a corporate decision; the corporate office said it was the Bellingham office's decision. Now, if I need an extra distribution or any advice at all, I either have to wait on hold, hoping that my call isn't dropped, or wait for an answer to my email.
