I also sent an email directly to this rep I was referred to because I'm unhappy with the lack of customer service by my local SF rep. Well... never heard back from rep I was referred to. Soooo. Needless to say. I will be looking for a different SF rep. Watch me receive a response now because of this review. If I do. It's already too late. Agents, you need to hire reps that respond to clients. The two ladies in your office just cost you one and I'll be taking my family member with me when I find a new agent.
