My mother passed away. I contacted Bart to cancel her auto policy. I gave him my email and…read morespelled it out. I didn't get any response emails over the next few weeks but assumed that maybe, like my insurance with Safeco, I don't need to sign a cancellation form - so he just didn't bother emailing me anything. A month later, I'm getting bills for her insurance still. I call up again, speak with Bart, who can't remember if he sent it or not, but promises to send it again, and again I spell out my email address. Again, 2 weeks later, no email. I call again and this time speak to a receptionist (Bobbie), I explain the oversight, spell out my email again (3rd time here, and no, my email isn't a strange bunch of characters), I was assured I woiuld have an emailed form by end of business day. I'm busy, but a week later, still no email. I contact them AGAIN (yes fifth time). This time, she unknowingly (reading to herself under breath) mumbles that he sent it to my mother's email (disregarding my specific directions before, and the exploitation that she's now deceased), and then mumbles my email address with the wrong provider (mine is not gmail). Now simple enough, they're just busy or whatever.....yes even after contacting them 5 friggin times.....but then I finally get tired of their inability to perform simple procedures and I get HER email...I email them the request for the cancellation forms. I get an email back with the form atachment....in PDF....and a message i the body emphatically claiming that they did send this form to my email address all those other times, and that they don't know why I'm not getting it - it must be a problem on my end...... Hmmmm.....I wonder how they handle insurance claims? My advice - go somewhere else for your insurance needs.....you can do MUCH better.

Helpful, super friendly and beyond knowledgeable. Let's be real. Most of us don't know all the ins and outs of insurance and when explained to you usually is confusing and may make you feel dumb. Not Jonathan. Explained everything in a way to make things make sense and went above to try and save me money on my upcoming policy changes. Most companies want to gouge you for every penny. Jonathan went out of his way in trying to save me money and did so more than I was expecting without losingany of my coverages. Love the State Farm team I have and Jonathan is outstanding

We have been with State Farm for over 5 years very happy with the company. The problem started…read morewhen relocated to WA and went to Sierra Belleville. Long story short, our paper work was never file properly. As a result we were overcharge or over 2 years as the address of one of the cars on the policy was never updated properly. It was their mistake but they said they could not do anything about it. Ha? We also after more than a year with Sierra starting to have trouble with our automatic payments, getting letters from Sierra that we owed. In the end, we find out that the policies for both had been transferred to WA and to Sierra's office however the billing for one of the car remained with the previous agent in a different sate. My bank information was obviously outdated . We asked Sierra's team to correct the records, they say we needed to do a final payment by phone to the old agent and that will solve the issue. We made 3 of those so called final payments. 3 Times the insurance for that car lapse due to late payments until yes you guess it, it got cancelled and had to be reinstated. Of course it did not take long for the letter of no renewal from State Farm. Never got a called directly from her or a note or she came to talk to me when I went to her office to give my notice of cancellation. Thanks Sierra for your all the inconveniences you created for us and not once try to explain or acknowledge your mistakes. Mistakes happen, how you handle them shows how much you care for your customers. Your final letter to us was an invitation to talk about our needs "Let's this be about you" you said , one of the many letters you frequently send to your customers to sell more products. What a finale! Where were you when we needed you?
